This is a townhouse complex so parking resembles that of a small parking lot as our unit is connected to other units. It can be tight on busy weekends! You will also be only 13 miles away from the Beaver Mountain ski resort. You will have access to hundreds of miles and acres of snowmobile, ATV and motorcycle trails right out your door. This property offers endless opportunities for family fun year round in its peaceful setting.This newly constructed (7/22) two-level townhome offers a spacious 2,075 square feet of living space. (This is the largest Townhome floor plan out of all the 3 and 4 bedroom units I have seen in all of Garden City!). You will find three bedrooms, three bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep up to 12 guests in true comfort in 9 separate beds. Please take this into consideration before booking. But we did get the best internet that was available. But there are shared parking spots for these behind our unit on the shared parking lot in our community (it’s the street furthest west in the community). I included a map in the photos. Also I included what one of the citations looks like when you don't follow these rules.
