The master "Golf Bedroom" has a King size bed, A/C, flat screen TV and private bath. Our "Wilderness Bedroom" has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and view of the woods. The "Lake Bedroom" has two twin beds, A/C, TV, and view of the woods as well. The downstairs "Disney Bedroom" has two sets of bunkbeds that can sleep 4 children. There is also a pull out couch in the basement that sleeps 2. The house also comes with brand new kitchen appliances and a brand new gas grill. A HUGE Game room. There are multiple arcade games and many retro games to play on TV. A full size ping pong table, Skee-ball, Air Hockey, and Pool Table as well. Enjoy the sounds of the surrounding woods on the large deck with gas BBQ, full dining table and many Adirondack chairs. The main living space has a gas fireplace to warm up around and a Flat screen TV. The three level home features a sunroom, bar, poker table and three TV’s. The backyard has views of a community lake with a fire pit, access to a rowboat and kayak. Hideout community amenities are within a short driving distance.This four-bedroom home has three floors. The main level has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On the second level, you will find two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom and a workspace area with desk and chair. The walkout lower level has a bedroom, bathroom, family room with another sofa bed, bar, wood burning stove and a dehumidifier. We don't have a washer/dryer onsite. The Hideout offers several amenities including two pools, Roaming Woods Lake, tennis and basketball courts, golf, a fitness center, an arcade, snow skiing , and snow tubing. Community pools close after Labor Day. Amenity availability may be affected by weather, maintenance, and other issues out of the host’s control.The Hideout is near some farms, the Lackawanna County Wine Trail and Claws 'N' Paws Wild Animal Park (seasonal).*Please Note: This home is in a secured, gated, private community. No fishing or swimming allowed**Skiing: The opening date of our community ski hill is totally at the mercy of Mother Nature. **Swimming and the use of boats (kayaks, canoe, paddle boards and other floating toys) are at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Safety is a top priority, so please remember to wear a life jacket at all times. While we offer some life jackets, it’s advisable to bring your own in case ours do not fit you perfectly. Remember, please supervise your children at all times and ensure they are not left unattended. Fishing is allowed with a Pennsylvania fishing license(children under 16 can fish for free). All fish caught must be released. 1 adult and children's fishing rods included. Skiing is available within the community, weather and snow availability permitting. Swimming pools are open during the summer season only, from Memorial day through Labor day. Roamingwood is a powerboat lake and boat launch is reserved only for residents with permits.** Please note that linens and towels are available. But you are welcome to bring your own. There will be kitchen hand towels and dish rags in the home and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom**NOTE: There is $150 HOA fee and form that need to be submitted 10 business days before arrival. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for.
