This property boasts beautiful views on one of the cleanest spring-fed lakes in Minnesota with a bonus island view, and is a quick 2-hour drive away from the Twin Cities and 1-hour from St. Cloud. Sleeps up to 14 in 3 bedrooms (two rooms with a queen-sized bed and one with a king-size bed), a large loft (with 1 queen-sized bed and 6 twins), and 1 pullout sofa. The exterior bunkhouse has 2 full-sized beds and can be used in the summer months. Pass the day away taking in a slice of nature with swimming off the dock, lounging by the lake, fishing (Walleye, Northern, Bass, Crappie, Sunfish, Muskie), kayaking (2 provided), paddle boating, playing pool or foosball, or by relaxing on the boathouse deck to watch the sunset. Listen for the call of the loons as you soak in the beauty. Bring your own boat to tie up to our dock or rent our 2024 Godfrey 22 ft pontoon! And to top it off, if you desire a day out, within a short 15-35 minute drive, you can play golf, mini-golf, go-cart, go to a water park, go horseback riding, or visit numerous restaurants. If you are lucky, you might see the Northern Lights!There are multiple entertainment areas, perfect for spending time together, as well as space to spread out and have some privacy. The cabin includes board games, bean bag toss, croquet, Kubb yard game, free high-speed wi-fi, a firestick on each of 3 TV’s (just bring your streaming account login and password), and movies with a DVD player. It includes 3 separate living room areas, a dining room, laundry room, and kitchen with a Kuerig and all the cooking/baking items you’ll need. There are 4 exterior decks including a spacious boathouse deck with expansive views, a main deck with a lakeview, a master deck off a bedroom, and a deck on the bunkhouse. The patio is perfect for evening bonfires (wood is complimentary), smores, and lots of laughter. The cabin has 2 full bathrooms, both with a shower and one with a bathtub.Room for 4 cars maximum to be parked on property. “The Tiny Timber" is a 450 sqft cabin with many updates to give it a modern look without completely comprising its "up north cabin" feel. Timber is a true gem located in the Lincoln lakes area of Cushing MN. The area boasts nearby restaurants, and many recreational activities from snowmobiling in the winter, to exploring one of the nearby lakes in the summer. Timber is also an ideal spot for hunters as there many options for nearby public land to hunt on. When not enjoying what the area has to offer Timber is the perfect place to unwind at from a cold water plunge paired with the sauna to s'mores around the campfire. THE SPACE: The Tiny Timber features a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you need to make all your favorite meals! The kitchen appliances are apartment sized appliances (on the smaller side). The dining room features a table with 4 dining chairs. The living room features sofa and a chair, 32 inch roku tv, gaming console with 1000s of classic preloaded games, and a handful of boardgames and books for additional entertainment. The first bedroom features one queen sized memory foam bed, the second bedroom features a full sized memory foam bed and a twin sized bunk bed (more suitable for children but would accommodate and additional adult). The bathroom features a sink, toilet, and a single stall shower with included amenities such as towels, toilet paper and soaps. NEARBY TOWNS & ATTRACTIONS: The Tiny Timber is 1 miles from Fish Trap Lake boat landing, it is not a lake front property.
