This two level home boasts fantastic lake views, four outdoor decks/patios, fire pit, two family rooms and enough space to be separate when the time comes. We are walking distance to three public lake access points and a short bike ride to Spring Lake's Lakeside beach. We are surrounded by bike trails and a short trip to Central Park. Grand Haven's beaches are a short 10 min drive.Master bedroom is on the main level with lake views and attached outdoor deck. The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level with a bathroom right across the hall. The third bedroom is on the main level and has lake views. Shopping and restaurants are a 15- 20 minute drive to town.Living SpacesYour group of up to 11 guests will find plenty of room to spread out here. Watch the waves from your marvelous lakefront living area and balconies from the third floor or the living area and patio on the first floor. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the 2nd floor - one with a connected bathroom with a walk-in, handicap-accessible jacuzzi tub and air conditioning. There is a second full bathroom on this floor. The 4th bedroom is on the 1st floor along with another full bathroom and a large laundry space with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of couch seating in both living spaces.Cooking & DiningThe roomy, open kitchen will quickly become the central hub for snacking, chatting, and planning your day. There is a counter with 3 barstools and a small table for seating in the kitchen with a large dining area across the hall. There is a gas grill on the adjacent deck.No weddings allowed.
