Located approximately 20 miles from New York City, this one-of-a-kind space is designed to provide a relaxed and inspiring escape. Architectural charm shines throughout the space, featuring an open studio area and a cozy, separate sleeping nook with a platform queen bed (two steps up). A full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a kitchenette. A small deck off the back for your own time to relax and drink coffee. Plus your own free parking up to 2 cars. (There is no subletting, there is NO commercial use of the space , No Smoking, no drug use, no firearms or weapons). All guests must be on the booking. (Pardon us as outside yard/natural pond renovations continue, targeted to be complete by late fall 2025), some areas may be off limits outside.
