The hotel facilities were very old and outdated and needs substantial upgrading/refurbishment

We were pleased to visit we were warmly welcomed ,after a long rail journey, everything was explained well . The bar menu offered a good choice. And the room was clean , comfortable and warm. A very happy experience.. . Enhanced by the warmth and knowledge of the reception and other hotel staff Highly recommended

Great staff comfy beds and pool so all in all fantastic value

Stay was great..breakfast was fantastic...room was great ...beds were comfy ..bathroom was very clean...staff were very friendly and helpful..used the swimming pool which wasn't too many people using it at one time....the only one comment will make is that part of carpet was stained with food.4/5rating for that one...everything else was very clean .which carpet should have been cleaned...

建議大家不要節假日訂這個酒店！！我換了三次房，215到403到111，衞生狀況看圖看視頻！！雖然我也經常出差住這個酒店但這次是真的火大！我從來沒見過哪個4星級酒店是這樣的衞生標準！！！前台説復活節放假了，沒人打掃，而且態度極其不耐煩，這服務分完全是給攜程客服全程幫助我！！真的太差了！

酒店有點陳舊，但該有的設施還是都有，可能在高地的原因價格略貴，比冬季高出了不少，對面就是kfc還是挺方便的，吃東西的話！

這個酒店完美 價格合適 停車位充足。早餐棒棒！對於因弗內斯的人自駕駐足一晚非常完美！樓下也有晚餐可以吃，對面還有肯德基。如果一天玩累了，真的住這裏非常棒！

門口有公交站台，樓下有賣零食，對面有肯德基，從機場出來租了車，直接停酒店外，不格外收停車費，挺好的。

離主城區稍微偏遠一點，走路要40分鐘的吧。房間沒有空調，剛好有點熱，打了一晚上風扇。

房間不隔音，迄今為止住過最誇張的酒店，沒有之一😂

衞生差、噪音大、房間小！
