"Lovely hotel, friendly ,helpful staff. My son and his friends had a fantastic holiday. Hotel rooms clean with bed linen changes and air con. There was also a fridge in the room. The swimming pool was huge. It was located very near the ferry port and a short walk up hill to the main strip. Would highly recommend"

"Nous avons séjourné pendant trois nuits.L'hôtel est en général très propre et confortable à une très bonne position.La chambre était spacieuse avec nettoyage quotidien.Nice piscine et veranda avec vue sur la mer .C'est un hôtel de gestion familiale qu'ils cherchent leurs clients.Parking ainsi disponible comme il est bon de louer une voiture (nous sommes heureux avec Aktoon location) Certainement rester encore et fortement recommander."

"We loved this place, owners, Nico, Costa along with another brother are really & friendly & helpful. Apartment overlooked the pool, pool area great, sunbeds, umbrellas available, bar open all day until 11pm Apartment was lovely downside, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Available by the pool from 8am. 2 mins from the beach, bars/restaurants along the beach. Bus service outside of the hotel, Car hire easy. A beautiful Island."

"Hotel was so tastefully and creatively done. The staff was super attentive, welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect in terms of being close enough to town but far enough to feel like a quiet paradise. Everything about how it was designed was to promote relaxation and tranquility from the glistening lighting in the rooms at night, to the giant lounger on our deck to the pages highlighted in a book in our room that was opened every night to a different passage for us to read before bed. Well done! I also loved their Pathos sister property. Even my critical teens loved it!! We will be back - and will definitely check out the other properties on the island. Thank you Elias and crew for an amazing time!"

"We, along with all our guests, stayed at the Ios Palace Hotel for our daughters wedding in June 2024 where everyone had a great stay. We rated the hotel and the island so highly that my wife and I decided to return for a holiday without the stress of a wedding in June this year (2025). Deciding to push the boat out and give ourselves a treat, we stayed in the Ios Grand Pool Suites which are annexed to the hotel. The suites have everything you could wish for, beautiful rooms, spacious outside space, comfortable outdoor furniture, infinity pool and glorious views of the bay, plus you have access to all the other facilities the hotel offers. The breakfast service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for the Chef and the room service meals were really good and reasonably priced (unlike many hotels we have stayed in!!). We don't intend to mention any staff by name as everyone, from reception staff, spa staff, room service, cleaners, gardeners to bar staff were a joy. A special mention must go to to the manager Dimitrios, he was always around the hotel and suites, always approachable and took the time to ensure that everything was ok and that we were enjoying our stay. It did seem that the positivity and customer service delivered by all the staff was a reflection of what was coming down from the management team. Both the Hotel and the Suites offer first class accommodation and everything you would want for a fabulous holiday on a beautiful island. Thank you to everyone."

"Chambre convenable, en revanche aucun ménage en 6 jours à l’hôtel, seul les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement. Pas de coup de balai ou d’aspirateur donc le sable de la plage s’accumule dans la chambre. Odeur désagréables dans la salle de bain et trace de moisissures dans la chambre . Le personnel est vraiment pas souriant, seul la rentabilité compte . Pour résumer, pour 2 nuits maximum ça fait l’affaire sinon prenez un hôtel ailleurs sur l’île ."

"Nous sommes rencontres à partir du port qui a été apprécié car cet hôtel est une colline raisonnablement étroite. Cependant, très proche de la ville et des restaurants. Il y a aussi un bus pour 2 euros qui vous emmène à la zone portuaire. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas une option, nous avons donc mangé dans les nombreux autres endroits. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans le prix de l'hébergement. Nous avons été recommandés quelques excellents restaurants comme The Nest. Plus la visite au bar Alma Sunset était un must certain. La chambre était propre et servie quotidiennement avec des serviettes remplacées aussi. La piscine est magnifique pour être utilisée après un long jour de sortie et à propos - des serviettes aussi."
