房間一般般，就像國內快捷酒店，室內還算乾淨，但是早餐太差了，沒什麼好吃的，對面就是碼頭，沒啥人，這裏就是個鄉下，空空盪盪。

距離: 車站及市中心分別十分鐘左右, 還算方便. 隔條馬路就是海邊
酒店: 酒店設施有點舊, 清潔度及服務尚算可以.

My wife & I spent 3 nights in April in this PI. The room, breakfast and general facilities were very good. We usually find the PI staff helpful, however the helpfulness, friendliness and attention we encountered this time was second to none. Particular thank you to Hayden and Leanne. They could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to our next stay in few weeks time.

The room revamp is great, everything is very fresh & clean and the rooms and bathrooms are so much better. What makes this Premier Inn brilliant is actually the staff. Every single team member is absolutely superb, helpful, friendly and kind.

We stayed for 4 nights we asked for the room to be cleaned & when we arrived back it hadn't been done, so we asked & they said we had lot of people checking out. So they would rather clean rooms with no one in rather then look after the customers that are still there, we was told to leave all rubbish & towels outside the door ( really) we again asked for a room clean loo roll soap dispenser replenish, we got loo roll but that was all so hence the bad reviews. We didn't expect much but I just don't know what to say customer service very poor Better get a Travelodge as we stayed there in December over Xmas and it was so much better sorry but it's not our fault if your short staffed you take the money but don't give the service !!!! Tut Tut

Lovely stay in a premier plus room with great facilities; Marnie, Finlay and Sat especially did a brilliant job with breakfast - superb service and lovely food just right for a Sunday morning - cannot rate them highly enough - will definitely stay again.

Had a lovely weekend for a concert. The staff are all so lovely and friendly. They all did an amazing job coping with the amount of people turning up all at once for breakfast on the Sunday. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are clean and modern. Will be happy to stay here again.

Wow! Had a great stay. Went with friends for the weekend. Really friendly staff and a great room which had been recently refurbished. Big shout out to Marnie who couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional. Thank you so much for a brilliant 2 nights.

Had a great weekend here. Room was clean and although they were doing refurbishing in the hotel it didn’t disturb us at all. Reception staff were very pleasant and friendly. Giving plenty of advice about the local area. Book here if you want a central Ipswich hotel.
