Has a desk along with a desk light with USB / outlets for your charging needs, and a closet with drawers & hanging space. • Window Treatments: All bedrooms have black-out shades, and common areas have designer zebra rolling shades. • Kitchen has a full-size Samsung smart refrigerator / freezer with built in water pitcher, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, 5-Gas burner Kitchen-aid. Additional free street parking is available. You will have access to our community pools and parks with the key fob provided. Guest will be responsible for the key and must be returned upon checkout. Lost keys / Key fob replacement cost is $100. Other things to note Our house have installed Wifi-Smart door lock, and the code will be sent to you once booked. We welcome you to use the entire home, and make yourself feel right at home. However keep in mind we have a ZERO Tolerance Policy for any violations of all short-term rental ordinance, our house rules, and city local laws. No over occupancy, and only the occupants listed on the agreement is allowed to stay in the property. -No Parties / Large gatherings -No Loud Music / Bass / noise -No Smoking of any kind / Including vape -No Breaking house rules -No Pets / Animals -If police are called the premise for any legal or illegal activities, disturbance you will be asked to vacate the property with no refunds. -30 Days Minimum per Irvine City local laws.
