Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.
The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.
We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.
The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.
It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.
If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

LLloyd88The apartment complex was very tranquil, there werent any noisy guests as it was mostly families.
The apartment itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils included.
The comms from the property was excellent, make sure to check your emails before check in as the front desk closes at 17:00, the property arranged for us to check in after hours and there were no problems doing so.
Highly reccomend if you want something quiet and affordable ,would definitely go back.

IInvitéWhat a fab place. 10-15 mins from airport (€22 taxi) Very central, near to the square, beaches, shops n restaurants. Quiet at night. Large, clean apartments with basic amenities, comfy beds, all you need. Helpful, friendly staff. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Debs diner onsite was great prices, top breakfast n good choice of food and Debs n Liz are very friendly n helpful. Everything you need on your doorstep, I’ll be back!

IInvitéWe had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists.
If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

MMarcin SzymonFabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too.
The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. Lack of air conditioning, but in December it was not necessary for me.

IInvitéIdeally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast).
Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite.
Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved!
Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town.
No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times.
Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm.
Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

IInvitéNice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc

Mmocha is in europeLe centre de la ville est très bien situé.
Comme c'est l'ours de la plaja Chica, vous pouvez juste aller nager là et regarder vos choses dans l'auberge sans vous inquiéter de être volé. Très joli pour les voyageurs soliaires! Bien qu'il travaille vraiment snorkeling ou nager pour voir le poisson là!!!
Il est également proche de la gare de bus Las Vista et du centre commercial, de sorte que vous pouvez accéder à Playa Blanca/arrièrefe/aéroport/tout tour que vous avez facilement rejoint.
Avoir un service de blanchisserie et de séchage pour 10 euros (mais vous devez demander au personnel de la réception).
Les personnels de réception ne parlent pas bien l'anglais, mais ils essaient de communiquer avec moi avec Google Translate, que je apprécie.

Night life for kids good but adults cannot even seat outside in the evening s with a drink as pool bar closes at 6 pm
Unless you go to the payable restaurants and champs sports bar not very good if paid for all inclusive
We was in block 7 but as there are still steps to the lift if getting on a bit would be a problem as me and my wife 70 and 65 years
Overall as we had our son his wife and 3 small grandchildren but they 4 minutes walk away why we wasn’t put nearer each other one would never know but we did not book at the same time they were near the reception and dinning room but did have a few cockroaches in there room trying to use the microwave

MMichaelJohnL'hôtel est parfait si vous voulez un moyen facile d'aller à l'aéroport le lendemain. Il y a une station de bus 5 minutes à pied, les bus connectent l'île. Le personnel est efficace et poli. Ils m'ont aidé à imprimer mon passeport de bord sans frais. Il y a une grande carte de recif sur le mur que vous pouvez photographier et utiliser pour vous rendre à travers la ville.
