Avis : SERENİTY Comfort Hotel

Il y a des punaises de lit dans l'hôtel. Je suis resté 2 nuits et cela fait 10 jours maintenant j'ai encore des marques d'acné et des démangeaisons sur tout le corps.

Cet hôtel est vraiment bureaucratique et grossier. J'ai fait une réservation 3 fois à cause d'un malentendu lorsque je voyageais avec mon mari. Mais quand j'ai réalisé que j'avais passé une commande, j'ai essayé de l'annuler, mais il n'y a eu aucune réponse. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, on nous a dit que nous ne rendrions pas l'argent que nous avions déjà prélevé sur notre compte de crédit pour 3 chambres pour 3 nuits avec 6 petits déjeuners. De plus, nous avons pris l'argent et avons dit en riant que ce n'était pas mon problème si vous ne venez pas. C'est 10/-10 si vous l'appréciez vraiment, ce n'est pas du service comme les actions prises par les employés qui sont très gourmands et n'ont aucune relation. S'il vous plaît, ne faites plus de mal aux touristes par votre cupidité

Très bel hôtel. Tout était absolument parfait. Nous avons demandé un départ tardif et notre demande a été acceptée avec un sourire charmant. Tout le personnel était super et prêt à aider. Nous reviendrons certainement ici lors de notre prochain voyage à Istanbul.

Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Les chambres sont propres.. vous pouvez rester avec plaisir..

The hotel was clean and nice. Food quality was amazing. The location was not so great, no nearby shops and always requires a taxi to go around.

в целом, переночевать перед или после полета, подойдёт. Персонал на ресепшене неприветливый, в ресторане - очень вежливый. завтраки отличные. В номере было мало освещения, в коридорах вообще полумрак. халат принесли по запросу, в номере его не было, тапочки очень неудобные. Бассейн должен был работать, но он не работал почему-то. сауна и турецкая баня - платные, по 10 евро, как-то неадекватно

Ayant eu la chance de pouvoir voyager énormément c'est le pire hôtel que j'ai pu faire. L'hôtel est si tu es dans un quartier très peu fréquentable, le personnel est plus qu'un compétent car il ne pense qu'à jouer sur leur portable plutôt que de rendre service aux clients. Sans compter le fait que j'ai failli me faire kidnapper à deux reprises. Le petit-déjeuner est plus que déplorable car très peu de variétés et il vaut mieux venir de bonne heure car le buffet est que très rarement réapprovisionner. Le personnel du restaurant collé à l'hôtel et tout simplement nul et manque d'hygiène. J'ai dû attendre 10 minutes avant qu'on me décapsule une bouteille de Coca-Cola impressionnant comme expérience !!!

I had to stay here because my flight was overbooked, so I received compensation from Turkish Airlines. The check-in was fast. The room size is perfect, and the beds were comfortable. I tried to call the room service that night for a long time. It is either a busy line, or they pick up and no response from their side. I even hear them talking to each other. I called the front desk, and the person who answered the phone was rude and spoke English poorly. I tried to explain the issue, contacting the room service. His reply was "I'm not room service. Call room service ”. I tried to call room service again, but the call was picked up by another rude employee. He was speaking in an aggressive tone and even hung up the phone while I was talking. After a while, a polite employee took my order. When I received the order, the employee who brought it was carrying the plates, three big plates with a tray and not covered. The food was cold, and the drink was in his pockets. The order came without cutlery, after a while. He came again with the cutlery. The hotel's location is far from the city center and its attractions. For me, I didn't mind that, as my stay wasn't intended to visit Istanbul .

Serenity Comfort Hotel Istanbul Turkish Air put us up here overnight owing to a missed connecting flight. Transfer 25 km from and to the IST airport went smoothly. Hotel seemed empty (except for the two dozen Turkish Air passengers) but breakfast was busy with lots more. Weird experience with our room door: opened fine on check-in but trouble thereafter — we had the key reset of course, but we’re still locked out so the hotel technician needed to “fix the problem”. He arrived with electric drill and tool bag, inspected the door (room 311), tried several different cards. Then he “fixed the problem” by tapping the card, leaning hard on the door handle, then shoving his body against the door to open. “Fixed: you try!” My first few tries were not beefy enough to pop open the door. But when I really shoved my hip against the door it finally opened. Problem solved? Hip sore. Odd that TripAdvisor designated it as 2025 Travelers Choice Award (see photo). It materially altered my hotel experience to visit the TA site and inspect the data on which this designation was based.
