Le service est médiocre. La salle est trop petite et il n'y a pas de gestion.

Près de la place Taksim et de toutes les boutiques. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Spacieux et confortable.

Je ne le recommande pas.

L'hôtel est un appart'hôtel de style familial avec un bon emplacement, une nourriture pratique et à proximité des attractions.

Tout va bien.

這個旅館最大的優點是距離塔克西姆廣場，機場巴士站非常近，步行十分鐘可達，有困難老闆樂意幫忙解決，性價比很高的旅館！

三個字，臟，亂，差。可以説這已經不叫房間了，在走廊過道里隔了一個像房間，要不是不熟悉土耳其，其實一晚都不想住。

Cheap and simple! It is in the perfect location to explore the city. If you want to spend your time in the hotel better look for something else. This one has a bed and a bathroom so what else is needed? Everything looks old and the room is small but I came here to explore the city not stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, though.

Great place. The owner Aras was extremely friendly and helpful after I contacted him urgently due to having to check out of the place I had already booked. The apartment was really nice. The building and room were in pretty good condition and the room itself comfortable. It only had a very small tv, but as it had a HDMI socket I was able to plug in my Amazon Firestick. WiFi was pretty good. Only criticism would be that one half of the mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It seemed to have lost all its support and it was impossible to sleep on. Travelling alone meant this didn’t pose any problem for me because I was able to sleep on the other side of the bed. For a couple though, this mattress would be a problem. The location of the property is superb. Right at the top of the city by Taksim Square (2 minute walk). Food shops and bars available everywhere right outside the property. I can highly recommend the Budak Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget stay in a perfect location.
