Avis : The Westin Istanbul Nisantasi

J ai fait mon check out et mon vol n’était que le soir… j ai pu garder mes valises à la réception mais j aurai aimé prendre une douche l après midi mais il y en avait pas même dans la salle de sport!

Le personnel était très attentionné, le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et la chambre confortable ! J'y retournerais volontiers.

L'hôtel est globalement agréable. La première nuit a été très difficile pour moi : ma chambre donnait sur la route principale et la circulation était bruyante toute la nuit, et je n'avais pas d'autre choix de chambre. Heureusement, le personnel était très aimable et m'a aidé à trouver une chambre calme côté jardin dès la deuxième nuit. Le service en chambre et les installations sont excellents.

Le service n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles La réception était très indifférente. Le transporteur de bagages nous a ignorés parce que je n'avais pas réservé de taxi par leur intermédiaire (car le prix était trop élevé). J'ai réservé via Ctrip et on m'a donné une chambre au deuxième étage, juste à côté de la salle de sport. Il y avait un présentoir vendant de la literie après la sortie de l'ascenseur. J'étais sans voix...

L'hôtel est très récent et bien situé. Il y a un arrêt de bus et une station de métro en bas La rue est très bruyante même avec des vitres épaisses et insonorisées La décoration de la chambre est de très bon goût Petit déjeuner copieux

Very Average hotel compared to Marriott around the world we have stayed at , rooms are very tiny not recommended for families as there is no room to move stuff especially if with luggage . Location is good and some of the staff was really nice .

Our stay at The Westin Istanbul Nişantaşı was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed by the hotel’s elegant design, calm atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Nişantaşı, surrounded by boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants, and just a short drive from Taksim and the Bosphorus. It’s ideal for both leisure and business travelers who want to experience Istanbul’s most stylish neighborhood. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The Heavenly Bed lived up to its name, easily one of the best sleeps we’ve had in a hotel. The room was equipped with modern amenities, including a large smart TV, Nespresso machine, and a luxurious bathroom with premium toiletries. The service was exceptional throughout. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Check in was smooth, and the concierge team offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight, a delicious selection of Turkish and international options, fresh juices, and top-quality coffee served in a bright, elegant dining area. We also enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, which were world class, clean, well equipped, and relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Overall, The Westin Istanbul Nişantaşı exceeded all expectations. It combines modern luxury, peaceful comfort, and warm hospitality in one of Istanbul’s best locations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
