Bon emplacement, en plein centre de Kadikoy, là où se déroule l'action, mais loin de la foule. L'insonorisation des activités de plein air est très bonne, donc même les bruits des vendeurs de vêtements en bas ne sont pas entendus dans la chambre. Le personnel est très sympathique et j'ai eu droit à un surclassement gratuit dans une chambre avec balcon. La chambre est également spacieuse et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Je reviendrai ici lors de ma prochaine visite à Istanbul.

Отель находится очень близко от исторического центра, персонал дружелюбный (ровно до того, как возникнут какие-либо проблемы), завтрак на приятной терассе, но в соседнем отеле, с хорошим видом на море. Цены приемлеые. И молодой человек, который нас заселял, действительно милый. На этом плюсы заканчиваются, а дальше начинаются только МИНУСЫ. 4 звездами тут даже не пахнет, от силы 2. А уровень сервиса – минус 4 звезды. 1) Из номера пропали вещи. Вещи возвращены не были, компенсации не было, зато было много хамства, угроз и оскорблений от персонала в мой адрес. В последний день уборщики выкинули мои вещи, взяв их из тумбочки, которая стоит рядом с мусорным ведром. К сожалению, ее не смутило, что пакет с вещами не мусорный, что пакет стоит в тумбочке рядом с мусорным ведром, а не в ведре. Не смутило наличие в пакете множества нужных мне лекарств, наушников, некоторых предметов гардероба, а также ключей от квартиры! Проблема отсутствия была замечена поздно вечером, когда мы вернулись после прогулки. В пакете были важные для меня таблетки. Персонал с reception предложил мне вместо них парацетомол (который никак мне не мог помочь), на этом его услужливость закончилась! После этого он сказал, что его смена до 11 вечера и ушел. Наплевав на все мои проблемы. Дополнительно сообщив, что в нашем номере вообще никто не выкидывал мусор, они якобы созвонились с уборщицей и она сказала, что не убирала и даже не заходила. А мусор, видимо испарился! Ей они верят, а мне нет. Ищи лучше, чао! Потрясающая работа персонала, не правда ли? К счастью или несчастью, отель, видимо, имеет общего собственника и управляющего с другим отелем, где нам подавали завтрак. Как минимум персонал там один и тот же, поэтому проблему пришлось идти решать в соседний отель. Там, казалось, молодой человек был более услужливый и клятвенно мне обещал, что мне всё вернут, всё компенсируют и помогут. Но уже после того, как я уеду. А двери от квартиры я должна вскрыть профессионалами (поскольку ключи от моей квартиры были выкинуты), как в дальнейшем писал мне управляющий – «это же всего 2долларов, у вас что нет 20 долларов?». Всё их участие состояло в том, что 1) мне велели успокоиться (это ведь так просто быть спокойной, понимая, что когда приедешь домой, попасть туда не получится!), 2) просмотрели со мной камеры , где видно, что уборщик выносит из номера мой пакет с вещами!! А ведь ранее говорили, что к нам никто даже не заходил! Но теперь их версия изменилась. Теперь версия персонала состояла в том, что они взяли мой пакет с вещами прямо из мусорки. Они не могут мне ничего компенсировать, потому что надо расследовать это дело! Что расследовать? Загадка! Но добиться мне ничего не удалось, мы обменялись месенджерами и меня убедили ждать решения проблемы на следующий же день в 8 утра. На следующий день я вернулась в свой город. В мессенджере я получила только очередное сообщение с просьбой успокоиться и сообщение о том, что моим вопросом занимаются и напишут на следующий день (опять на сл

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

Excellent Accueil , Hotel exceptionnel ,très propre , tous les personnels de l'hôtel très proffessionnel , gentillesse ,souriant ,a l'écoute ,agréable , Des cambres impeccable personnels des ménage agréable ,nous avons trouvé un bien être de A a Z , le restaurant vu sur le Bosphore cuisine très varié frais, les serveurs au petit soin toujours avec les sourire ,Nous remercions tous les staffs de l'hôtel sans oublier aucun , sauna piscine salle de gym super ainsi que les personnels ,hôtel très bien placé a coté de tous les commerce 10MN a pied des monuments, des magasins restaurant .Notre fille âgée de 8 ans a adoré nous voyageons dans le monde entier L'hôtel la Türkiy elle a adoré elle voulais resté d'habitude dans les autre pays n'a jamais était contente .Un Grand Merci .

Un excellent hôtel, proche de la place et de la rue Istiklal en quelques minutes, et tous les services sont disponibles autour, des restaurants, épiceries ou salons de coiffure. La voiture entre et le quartier est sûr et sécurisé. Tout cela grâce au personnel de l'hôtel de Brother. Ibrahim Ma Qasr et le directeur de l'hôtel, M. Amrallah. Merci, merci pour le respect, l'attention et l'hospitalité. Ils nous ont traités comme s'ils étaient leur famille... juste un petit merci... et un hôtel que je recommanderais aux familles ou aux particuliers, et le petit déjeuner est disponible. Airport to the hostel: if you arrive at Istanbul Airport ”IST”. You are just a bus 🚍 ride away, no ” Uber 📱🚖 or any other taxi needed”. In July 2023. It only costed me a 139 Turkish Lira to reach the Taksim Square. Location: From Taksim Square the hostel is about 10 minutes walking 🚶👣🚶 distance. When we arrived the gentleman ”Seyf” who welcomed us at the reception was too kind to offer us locker area to keep our luggage and invited us for breakfast as a complimentary one 🙂 Gamze - she is equally adorable and super helpful staff there. I don't recall all the names but I was impressed with every single wabi sabi team's hospitality, politeness and never to forget smile 😊 The morning breakfast is good and perfect for us to interact with other fellow travellers on the roof top. The talk during breakfast helped us ot to plan our day in Istanbul. I highly recommend.

La position de l'hôtel et le personnel de la réception & maisons de garde étaient très belles, mais nous n'étions pas satisfaits du petit déjeuner. Le thé, le café et la diversité ne sont pas satisfaits, et un individu ne veut pas manger. Il serait mieux d'être sans petit déjeuner. Il y avait beaucoup d'options, et la chambre était à l'odeur de cigarettes.

Hi ... I stayed with my family in Istanbul at Noble pangalti for 10 nights. The hotel is newly opened, everything was very clean and shiny. Sheets ,towels and duvet all brand new . I give the hotel 5 of 5 with everything nay be the only thing that I didn't like was the pillows, it wasn't very comfortable. For the people working there ( receptionists , housekeepers ) I definitely give them a rating 10 of 5 specialy Ali , however all of them were very polite, very helpful and very friendly additionally the gentlemen in the reception were all speaking English well. I very highly recommend the hotel, and as a usual visitor to Istanbul this hotel is a piece of mind for my coming trips.

Je suis resté 3 nuits. C'était dans l'ensemble très bien. Le nom du personnel Mustafa est très gentil. Tous les autres membres du personnel sont également gentils. Je n'ai eu aucun problème. Il était très facile de contacter le personnel du hall via WhatsApp. Le petit-déjeuner est également convient aux végétaliens/végétariens.Recommandé pour les voyageurs solo.Il y a aussi un lieu de co-working sur le toit.Bon pour son prix 👍
