家族旅行で宮島へ行き、初めて利用させていただきました。 厳島神社からほど近く、メイン通りとなる賑やかな商店街のすぐそばの海沿いに建つ、歴史ある古き良き旅館を現代向けに改装した感じで、施設全体~お部屋の設備は統一感があって綺麗に整えられつつ、所々に昔ながらの歴史を感じることのできる大変素敵な旅館でした。 宿泊者限定の無料サービスが館内に数多く提供されています。館内には景観を楽しめるフリードリンク有のラウンジがロビーや最上階に設置されていたり、好みによって複数の枕、浴衣を選択できるサービスも整えられています。室内にも飲物や菓子等を豊富に揃えてあるので、細かい飲料などの出費を気にせずに済みました。 この旅館は、宿泊者の希望に対し可能な限り柔軟かつ快く応えて下さいます。 例えば今回私達の場合、家族に足の悪い者がいることを事前に伝えたところ和室にベッドを設置して下さったり、提供される基本のお料理を各人の好みで変更して頂けたり、どうしたら良いか迷った際も即座に臨機応変な対応・提案をして頂けるので、大変心地良く過ごす事ができました。 温泉は地下にあり、大浴槽１か所だけの昔ながらの雰囲気で、そんなに広さはありませんし、地下にあるため景観も良いとは言えません。今時の工夫された温泉場と比較すると物足りなく感じるかも知れませんが、昔ながらの雰囲気ながら清潔に整えられており温度も４０度前後なので、長風呂しつつ「古き良き」をじっくり楽しむ所と感じました。 湯質はほんのり塩味のあるサラサラした感触で、源泉を汲み上げ沸かして提供していると記載がありました。肌が弱い家族にも沁みたり乾燥したりせず、快適に入浴出来ました。 露天風呂や貸切風呂は残念ながらありませんが、お部屋によっては一部お部屋つき露天風呂があるそうなので、好みによって選択出来るかと思います。 ここで特筆すべきはお料理の素晴らしさです。 こういった大きな旅館での大支度にありがちな、コースや料金によってお食事の量に差があったり足りなかったり、サイトにある画像と見た目の印象や質が大きく違ったり、旅館料理によくある提供時に冷めてしまった料理などの失敗感など全くないどころか、むしろそれ以上、感動レベルの素晴らしいお料理を提供していただけました。 今回私達はお部屋食で、本来なら雅膳が基本セットとのことでしたが、サイト上に案内のある４種類の季節のコース料理（雅膳、美味魚編、美味肉編、美味饗宴）を事前予約の段階でリクエストして家族でそれぞれ全ていただきました。どのコースも全くハズレがなく、土地ならではの豊富な食材をとても丁寧に仕込まれていてどれも大変美味しく、別注でお願いした単品料理も素早く準備して下さり、最後にはお腹いっぱいで食べ切れなかった釜飯をお夜食用にとおにぎりにして下さったりと、何もかもにおいて至れり尽くせり、最高を超える至高のひと時を提供していただけました。更に翌朝いただいたお食事会場での朝食も大変品数が多くて驚くほど豪華で、それでいて量は少しずつ適切で、とても満足度の高い内容でした。 なお味付けは、新鮮な素材の良さを最大限生かした優しい風味を守りつつも薄味過ぎずで、うまみ調味料など人工的な味覚操作に頼らない、自然かつ健康的で絶妙な味調整と適切な温度で提供され、美味しくてとても感動しました。十代の若者でも物足りなさなど全く感じず最後まで美味しく戴けましたし、高齢者にも温度、味付け、食材の大きさや硬さなども全く問題ありませんでした。なお私は糖尿病Ⅱ型で普段から血糖値を気にしているのですが、これだけしっかり色々食べても血糖値の上昇が穏やかで普段の外食時のように高騰せず、後々体調が辛くならなかったので非常に驚いています。味の感じ方については個人差があるとは思いますが、参考になりましたら幸いです。

Ryokan typique, traditionnel, resté un peu dans son décor années 80. Le service est parfait avec un service de navettes top pour rejoindre le port. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue mer est apaisante. Les repas sont excellents, parmi les meilleurs pris en Ryokan. Enfin les bains sont vraiment top. Allez-y !

This is a traditionnal japonese hotel (ryokan). We have never been to a traditionnal japonese hotel so it is tough to compare. All I can say is that our stay was very disappointing, First, there was some confusion regarding the reservation. Not clear if the issue was on my side or theirs. I had booked (or tought I had booked) room with view on the shrine and a private bath (onsen) in the room. At reception, we tried to find a solution but could not find any. So, we had no view. For the bath, there was a public one downstairs or a private one (outside) that you could reserve free of charge for 30 minutes. That 30 minutes was the highlight of our stay. We really liked it. The worst part was the room itself. I tought that we had one sitting area and one sleeping area. It turns out it is the same but converted at night. I knew that we would be sleeping on the floor but i had assumed that there would be some type of cushion. We had a very thin cushion and franckly, it felt the same as sleeping directly on the floor. Both my husband and I had very hard time sleeping and had backaches in the morning. The bathroom seem to date back 1960. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and had to be turned down. We had problems finding electrical outlets to charge our cell phones. The slippers provided to go to the bath were too small for us and quite uncomfortable. The bathrobes were ok. We had breakfast included. We chose western style. 3 possible times: 7;30, 8;00 or 8:30. it was ok. 1 egg, fruits, yogourt, toasts, apple or orange juice. One strange thing, we had a salad. I have never seen a salad at breakfast. Check out is 10:00 so, very early. Cleaning of close by rooms prevented us from sleeping in the morning, Note that the hotel is quite far from the ferry terminal and uphill. We had chosen to walk to get there. There is possibility to use a shuttle bus. We took it for return. So, not clear if my expectations were too hight or if this hotel is substandard for a Ryokan but all aI know is that our stay was very disappointing for us. We had 2 other stays planned at Ryokan elsewhere is Japan and we cancelled them. For dinner, please note that the majority of restaurants are not open for dinner as most tourists have left. Tourist information office was able to suggest some open restaurants at night.

I highly recommend this ryokan for the exceptional experience including great food, staff & room. My room was a traditional ryokan room with tatami matts but with traditional mattresses. It overlooked the the pedestrian street but was very quiet at night since most tourists visit Miyajima as a daytrip. The staff was gracious enough to setup a futon for me on the tatami matt so that I could sleep traditional Japanese style. Haruka at the front desk was amazing. She speaks limited English but enough to communicate with. She wrote me a very sweet handwritten note that I will keep forever when I asked where I could buy a yukata robe. I had asked her where I could purchase a yukata (traditional Japanese robe). The presentation of the dinner was amazing and worth it. The on-site onsen was was great and was usually all to myself. It has one indoor pool along with a small one on the outdoor deck that overlooks the bay and torii gate. Upon checkout, Haruka escorted me out which I believe is typical of a ryokan. It was sad to leave because of how memorable the stay was! The ryokan was expensive but worth it for the experience. I can't imagine visiting Miyajima only as a day trip. It would be too rushed as there's plenty to do for 2 days. Must sees are the torii gate along with the shrine surrounding it, taking the ropeway up to Mt. Misen (the top of the mountain is about a 20-30 minute steep hike from the end of the ropeway but I recommend it), and finally definitely do not miss Daishoin shrine which was truly amazing. Recommend avoiding Saturday & Sundays as it's very, very crowded.

À 5 minutes de marche de la station JR-Hui Island, il est très pratique de visiter Hui Island et très pratique de se rendre à Hiroshima. Ainsi, dîner en ville, et bientôt le lendemain matin, il est possible de se rendre à Hui Island. La valeur d'utilisation des jeunes commerciaux semble très élevée, comme le petit déjeuner simple et gratuit.

Bien que loin de la ville, il y a un service de transfert à la station Hiroshima. Le service est bon, le paysage est bon. La chambre peut voir la mer intérieure de la maison, le petit déjeuner est riche, il y a un rapide accès à l'île de Huai, très pratique. Recommandation

Beyond excellence. Our first contact with Iwaso was perfect, they assured us by email that they could cater for our dietary restrictions (we are a celiac and a vegetarian). When we arrived at the port, we called Iwaso at the information point and they picked us up in a private vehicle. All the staff were friendly, willing to help and efficient. When we checked in, they took our luggage to our room. Then, they served us some green tea and local pastries and explained the operation of the hotel (timetable for dinner, breakfast and onsen, how to wear a yukata...). While we were having dinner, they put the futons in the room. The room exceeded our expectations, we had a view to the nearby nature reserve, surely even more beautiful in autumn (there were momiji trees everywhere). The onsen was fantastic. We went at night and it was almost empty. We spent the most of the time in the outside pool, next to a river. Absolutely relaxing and quiet. Also, if you want to try traditional food, this is the place to go. We had 9 dishes for dinner and 11 for breakfast, very different from anything we had eaten before, and adapted to our dietary needs. In short, we would like to repeat the experience.

J'ai vécu dans cet hôtel, j'ai écouté le concert qui s'est tenu à l'Isla Shenzhou la nuit. Selon les commentaires de chacun, tous les membres du personnel sont très aimables et vous pouvez vous sentir enthousiastes. Tout d'abord, le personnel de l'hôtel ２ appelle avant un jour. Si vous appelez le ferry de l'île de la Palais avant de vous embarquer, ils vous prennent à l'île de Palais. Le restaurant de nuit de l'île de Palais n'est pas opérationnel, donc s'il vous plaît envisagez de prendre quelques mesures. Je suis heureux de prendre soin. Je suis venu tôt, mais il m'a dit que la chambre était prête. C'est aussi plus grande que la chambre que j'avais réservée et que la vue À pied de l'hymne environ ５ minutes, je peux sortir seul le matin (hymne ouvert à ６ ３０ minutes) et la nuit. Un grand piscine public est là où vous pouvez voir la congestion. Il y a un piège à l'extérieur, donc vous pouvez l'utiliser facilement. Vous pouvez obtenir votre portefeuille pendant les procédures d'hébergement. Le modèle de sélection est un bon souvenir. Même lorsque vous quittez la maison, nous sommes conduits au port de roulement. C'est l'hôtel que je veux rester encore.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, très proche du sanctuaire de Yanshima, du pavillon du millénaire et de la pagode des cinq. Cela n'a pas pris quelques pas. Après notre arrivée au terminal des ferries, nous avons rencontré la navette de l'hôtel et enregistré les bagages. Ensuite, nous avons flâné le long de la côte facilement et sommes rentrés à l'hôtel avec notre sanctuaire Yanshima. Le soir, sortez voir la grande maison d'oiseaux flottant sur l'eau après la marée haute. L'hôtel est construit sur la montagne et l'entrée est relativement petite. Nous avons confirmé à la porte que l'hôtel devrait appartenir à un plus grand hôtel de Yandao. Bien qu'elle soit un peu vieille, la chambre est très grande, avec des tatamis et de style occidental, très confortable. Les sources chaudes sont bien régulées. On dit qu'il est efficace pour l'arthrite. Cela ne semble pas gênant pendant une journée. C'est un dîner d'hôtel. C'est un bon dîner pour un hôtel qui n'a séjourné que dans 20 hôtels thermaux. , conseillé.
