The ADA apartment suite has private parking near a ramp up to the private entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fireplace and living area. Outdoor amenities: fire pit, covered pavilion with seating, dock, fishing poles, John boat with prop motor and battery, paddle boat, cornhole, wrap around porch, porch swing, gas grill, bocce ball, beach towels, and dog towels. Kitchen amenities: spices, oils, electric skillet, indoor JennAir grill and griddle, 2 crock pots, pots and pans, Keurig, coffee pot, additional catering kitchen with double door refrigerator and chest freezer, wine glasses, snack bar, coffee bar, and kettle.
