Rustic Inn Creekside

Spend a little time relaxing among the beautiful surroundings of Rustic Inn. Easy to get to right off main road just before the business of the city. Rustic Inn is close enough to walk city but free convenient shuttle is available throughout the day. Take a morning walk around the nature path and listen to the birds chirp while resting in the comfortable red Adirondack chairs scattered throughout. The bubbling brook runs along the scenic cabins giving a picturesque setting. A complimentary buffet style breakfast is available upstairs above the restaurant. Generous amount of scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats, breads , fruits and cereal for your choosing. Rooms are comfortable and large, no disappointment here. Large queen size beds with fluffy pillows. Bathroom area separate from shower area making convenient for getting ready. Direct TV channels on TV. Coffee station in room with Starbucks kcups. Hairdryer and clothes steamer in rooms. Rustic inn provides cozy bath robes in each room that ups the charm of this fantastic facility. Staff is friendly and plentiful. No shortage on service ready personnel. If you are looking for a relaxing and scenic stay this is a must.

The Rustic Inn is the absolute best place to stay in Jackson Hole. It had everything we were looking for, beautiful grounds, close to the town square, a private luxury cabin of our own with a cozy relaxing porch, and a shuttle bus. The breakfast was incredible with many options to choose from. Besides the gorgeous scenery, the staff of the Rustic Inn were so kind and attentive. Every person we encountered couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely be back to the Rustic Inn on our next trip to Jackson Hole.

The Rustic Inn Creekside Resort and Spa was a fantastic place for my husband and I to celebrate our first anniversary. Checking in was very easy. When we walked into the lobby, we were greeted immediately and checked in. We were given a very thorough rundown of everything we needed to know, from where everything is to the times for breakfast in the morning. Our room was lovely. We did not pay for a Creekside cabin, but we still got amazing views of the creek and nature walk from the porch of our cabin. It felt like we had been upgraded and I was there for it. They gave us a card and some chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. I loved that little touch! I'm just mad at myself for putting the strawberries in the refrigerator to have later and completely forgetting about them. Sadness!!! Our room was very clean and spacious. It smelled nice as well. The bathroom was great, with plenty of hot water. We had an issue with our toilet but it was fixed within an hour of us going to the front desk. The only downside I really had was the three small uncovered windows on the wall facing away from the bed. The views out of them were lovely, but the sun shining through while sleeping wasn't very pleasant. I can't imagine what summer must be like. I wish there was a way to cover them. The amenities here were fantastic, even during the off season. We loved the breakfast. We really appreciated how they did try to change items up and that there was an omelet station during the week. The people working the breakfast were so friendly and hospitable. The hot tub and sauna are amazing places to sit and relax after a day of walking. The nature walk is a true nature walk. Not only did we see some of the mule deer that hang around town but we saw a family of otters one morning. Amazing!!! The location looks a bit far from town but it's an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. There are some places near the hotel for a quick bite and to get some supplies as well. Overall, if coming back to Jackson, I'd stay here again. I'd like to see what summers are like.

The resort is top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the creek side accommodations, the shuttle, and the bistro. Everyone was super nice, and daily housekeeping was beyond expectations. The creek side accommodations give a wonderful view of Flat Creek, which is a favorite spot of ducks and swans. We watched them for hours from the comfort of our room. There are deer that will visit you too! The resort has hundreds of rooms and is within a few blocks of town, but the orientation of creek side rooms made it seem as though we were much more remote. We were struck by the cleanliness of all areas. The buildings are log structures and the logs were completely dust free and shining as though they had all been recently cleaned. We didn’t use the heated pool, hot tub, spa services, or sauna. We had the coconut shrimp appetizer and bison chili while partaking in adult beverages in the bar. Everything we had was fantastic. The bison chili was the best chili ever. I would definitely recommend the resort. Splurge for a creek side room.

Excellent cabin, very comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and front-of-house staff, very good site and location - but the outstanding feature was the housekeeping! Cleaning, linen replenishment, restocking consumables - all perfect and the best we found on our trip. Well done to the room cleaners. A great Inn and a spectacular part of the US. Thank you for a wonderful end to our trip.

The Rustic Inn has some great features, but it doesn’t live up to its luxury price tag. If rates started lower, I’d give it 4 stars, but at $1,000 a night, the value just isn’t there. To start with the pros: * Great location: easy 10–15 minute walk to town or a reliable hotel shuttle. * Hot breakfast included—crowded, but solid. * The creek and nature preserve behind the property are peaceful and scenic. * The spa was a highlight, with great massage therapists. Onto the cons: * Your experience at the Rustic Inn can vary significantly depending on your room type and location. The deluxe king rooms are located in the parking lot and feel underwhelming—small windows, dark interiors, no private outdoor space, and no views. One part of our group was originally assigned to one of these rooms, but after seeing it, we requested an upgrade. * The creekside king cabins were a noticeable step up, offering a more scenic and private setting along the water. That said, even these rooms felt somewhat dated inside and could use a refresh. There’s also the standard king cabin option—some of these face a charming courtyard with fire pits, but others still face the parking lot, so location matters. * Service was average—staff got the job done but didn’t go above and beyond and did not seem excited to help us. * Pool, hot tub, and bistro are right along a busy road, which takes away from the relaxing vibe. The pool also gets crowded with families by the afternoon and is very small. Overall, the concept is great, and the setting has a lot of potential. But for the price, the accommodations and service don’t quite deliver. If you stay here, go for a creekside king cabin for the best experience.
