There's a large wet bar open to a wonderful, comfy living area with fireplace and Smart TV.We know a good night sleep is most important, so all beds are selected for maximum comfort with 5 quality memory foam mattresses and 1 luxury pillow top mattress. Each bed has 2 different style sleeping pillows to achieve the perfect comfort level. The kitchen is stocked with full service for 12 people, and plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes, and good knives to prepare meals for your group. We have salt, pepper, an array of spices, and olive oil. We also have plenty of coffee cups, wine glasses and champagne flutes. We've included a full set of plastic dinnerware for outdoor dining. The house is family friendly with board games, puzzles and tons of books. We've recently added a crib that can be rolled into the second King bedroom. You’ll also find a additional pack’n’play, highchair, sippy cups and children's plates, bowls and utensils to accommodate your little ones. We've focused the whole design to promote togetherness. All areas have been staged to encourage conversation and quality time spent together. We have intentionally designed the main living area with the TV to enjoy family movies and shows. From our house, you can walk out the door and be at Jax Beach’s favorite local coffee spot (Bold Bean) in 3 minutes walking. And then carry on walking and be at the beach in 4 more minutes.
