"Piece of Paradise" is just that! Located within walking distance to dining, shopping and night life. Lovely bedroom poolside, breezy cabana and plenty of places to sun. Separate living space for relaxing and eating. In the winter, use the fire pit for cozy evenings. I want to make this an enjoyable stay for you, so please, if you have any special needs or requests don't hesitate to ask.
This is a separate space at my home, with its own entrance into the space and exit to the pool and backyard. I live on the property with my 16lb. hypoallergenic dog, Chica.
I will allow dogs as long as they are hypoallergenic and don't weight over 20lbs. I had a very unfortunate accident where a bigger dog jumped on my dog and to make and to make a long story short it wound up costing me $3500.00 plus. It is too bad that this happened because I love dogs all sizes, but I can't risk this happening again. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Dogs allowed as long as they are hypoallergenic.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Accompanied by an adult at all time.About customRules:All floors are wood so I ask that you respect that regarding water. Please mop up any water from shower, pool etc. so as not to ruin the floors..Please use beach towels provided to use at the beach or poolside. Cody was an excellent host! My stay was just what I needed/wanted it to be. It was a quiet, restful experience. Cody was the perfect balance of attentive yet nonintrusive. The property was exactly as described & perfect for my needs.

Absolutely Perfect!
The home was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Cody is a wonderful, friendly host who goes out of her way to make sure every aspect of your stay is the best!The area is amazing and very close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping.Cody's backyard pool area is perfect for relaxing, either in the covered furniture area or in the beautiful pool, which I used every day! It's very private as well. It feels like your own resort suite.I couldn't have been happier with my choice of property and owner in all respects. Having stayed here for two weeks, I did not want to return home!1000% recommend. You will not be disappointed! Ask her any questions about her listing and she will answer promptly!

Great Stay
We were in Jacksonville for a week of appointments and procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The property is about 5 miles away from the clinic, and easy to get to. We so enjoyed coming back to the house. The house is super comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Cody is very accommodating, and we feel like we have a friend in Jacksonville Beach. We would not hesitate to stay again, and spend additional time with Cody.

Great cozy space
Loved the space, cute and cozy. Owner is very responsive, helpful and accommodating.Close to shopping and beaches. Only draw back is small fridge and no stove.

Perfect for our needs
Cody was very personable and there if we needed anything. Quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Neptune Beach and 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic. Our stay was very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Relaxing
Cody was a great host. We are in Jacksonville as Mayo patients quite often and decided to make this shorter stay in a place off the beach. Great decision as we relaxed by the pool like no other trip. The place is older but VERY clean. The pool area was so much fun. We will be back!
