This brand new construction building features a total of 6 residence apartments, all with their own private bathroom, kitchenette and well appointed apartments. We have outdoor seating and are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica which allows for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to everywhere in Jaco for restaurants, shopping, tours, and the beach. This a great find for affordable, clean and secure lodging in the heart of Jaco. Just 25 meters from the beach, this apartment is easily walkable to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. It’s the size of a smallish hotel room that appears newly renovated. This a busy area so noise could be an issue, although they have thoughtfully included foam ear plugs.

I always enjoy this property. The bathroom sink needs better water pressure. otherwise everything was fine

Jaco getaway
The property is super cute and small. The location is amazing. I walked everywhere. The communication between the owner and me was very good. I will highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely re book here.

Remote work vacation
I came for two weeks to work remotely and then vacation. This property is amazing. Everything about it was perfect ..the room ..the staff and the little bar restaurant out front. I would finish work and walk steps to surf. Amazing property and staff!!

the rooms are small but well equipped. TV and AC work well. Nice ceiling fan too. I have stayed there before and will stay there again

Steps from the beach. This makes it very easy to go back and forth to the room from the beach. The manager is very nice and friendly. Hot water in the showers. And half a block to the main street for restaurants and shopping.
