I stayed at Hostellier on February 17, 2025, for just a single day, and I must say, it was an absolutely lovely experience! I was truly amazed by the concept of Hostellier—everything was so well-organized and seamlessly managed online. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My room was not only very good but also budget-friendly, which was a huge plus. The food was delicious, and the ambience of the place was just perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely love to visit again, and I look forward to experiencing Hostellier at other locations. Just a small suggestion—please consider upgrading my room on my next visit! Highly recommended for travelers looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very rundown and cold (no warmth) cleanliness is far below acceptable standards. Beds were very uncomfortable. No restaurants to sit and enjoy the food. Balconies were unusable due to monkey menace. Staff were polite and courteous. They were helpful.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Our stay at Hostler Kasar Devi was a complete disaster. We were misled by the beautiful photos online, only to be greeted with unsanitary conditions upon arrival. Four rooms lacked running water, and the toilets were barely functional. The promised balconies were off-limits, adding to our disappointment. The staff's unprofessionalism was shocking. Despite completing online check-in and providing our IDs, we were not checked in promptly. We only received the check-in email after leaving for another hotel due to the deplorable conditions. The property manager and GM's dismissive attitude and refusal to address our concerns were appalling. They even blamed their incompetence on "corporate workings," which is unacceptable, especially when dealing with foreign guests. The lack of basic amenities, unsafe balcony situation, and the staff's indifference made our stay extremely unpleasant. This is not the kind of experience you want for your family, especially with young children and elderly members. We strongly advise against booking at Hostler Kasar Devi. There are many other options in the area that prioritize guest comfort and hygiene. Don't waste your time and money on this disappointing establishment.

Worst place ever i visited. No amenities at all and on top of that ATTITUDE of Area manager. Dont waste your valuable money and time🙏 Wahrooms has no water. Pictures of view from Hosteller are not even close to reality😡 . They will tell you that they fix everything but reality is disappointing.

Properly managed property and staff was very polite and helpful. Anuj and Arindam were very kind and they helped us a lot with other activities. Food was also awesome and services were on to the mark making our stay memorable, Rooms were good with proper wooden architecture.
