No Room Service, No Telephone in the Room, No Mirror in the room, Very bad service, Rude staff, Food Options very limited, Basic Toiletries not provided ,Rate's are very high compared to the facilities provided overall a bad experience 😕😡

Best property in Sam area with best exterior .The staff is very polite .The food quality is Aone .Rooms were spacious and bed were very comfortable.after searching for many camps this property is the best .

This was our second resort stay during our Jaisalmer visit,was truly an oasis in the desert,initially it was a bit difficult finding the resort,the data tends to get cut off.We were received by the owner himself Capt.Chauhan.From the reception till we left it was a great experience,the staff are very polite and fast.The food also was tasty,we stayed in the luxury tents,was a small walk from the reception.The Rajasthani folk music during the dinner was refreshing.

We visited this hotel/resort in December 2022 during our road trip to Rajasthan. We had a not so positive experience with the booking through Agoda (the hotel did not receive the booking details). However, the owner was very kind and supportive and accommodated us in a luxury tent with reasonable tariff. There was a cultural event arranged in the courtyard. The food served was very nice and tasty. We really enjoyed the overall stay here.

I had made a three day trip to Fort Aranya with a few friends towards the end of Nov 2022. A very picturesque place with beautifully appointed rooms, each with its own bathtubs the size of a small pool! Staff were very hands- on and food was exceptional. What I really liked was the personal attention given by the owner and staff to each and every guest who stayed there. I can only wish that they grow in popularity as the years go by.

Excellent property with very friendly staff, very unique experience of staying in the desert camp. Lots of space to play around and the view is amazing. Food is homely and well made. Desert safari was a memorable experience. We would love to come here again very soon

Excellent Exterior and Interior of Trip Advisor.I would say number one property in whole sam area.This property has Rooms as well as camps.Food quality is amazing we enjoyed a lot , We also did stargazing here got to see lot of stars.Staff is very cooperative.

The tents were very spacious and stay was very comfortable. I visited with my entire family. All of them had a great time. We also did stargazing in the night which was amazing. We saw Saturn, Jupiter, pole star and constellations. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Fort Aranya after viewing several other desert camps in the area. PROS: Fort Aranya has tents and regular hotel suites. We stayed in the air-conditioned hotel suites which were very comfortable and of 5-star quality. We were greeted with a dhol upon arrival. The staff provided excellent personalized service. In the early morning wild peacocks visit the Fort. Entertainment and dinner are provided in the evening. The Fort also arranges a jeep safari to the nearby sand dunes. At the dunes, you can ride the camels, parasail, and enjoy the famous desert sunset. CONS: I tried really hard to think of any negative aspects of our stay at Fort Aranya. However, I cannot honestly think of any. We would stay at Fort Aranya again.
