Superbe haveli situé à proximité de la Citadelle de Jaisalmer. Accueil et services très sympas, la chambre était propre et confortable. Salle de bains équipées correctement.Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Notre chambre donnait sur la 2ème cour donc elle était calme, ce qui est un atout précieux en Inde!

Magnifique Haveli qui vous transporte dès l'entrée avec ses 2 cours, ses pierres et sa décoration indienne. Accueil chaleureux. Service impeccable. Une terrasse pour le restaurant très agréable et des serveurs adorables très à l'écoute. Au centre de Jaisalmer. Bon wifi. Nous avions l' immense et très belle chambre avec salon sur le roof top. Mais...petit conseil à moins d'être insomniaques ou sourds choisissez une autre chambre 😉 Celle ci donne sur la rue (Pas de double vitrage 😒) et vous profitez toute la nuit du fléau en Inde...Les klaxons. Sans discontinuer...Avec l'impression de coucher au milieu du carrefour ! De manière générale en Inde prenez tjs une chambre à l'opposé de la circulation.

The hotel is a very old heritage site so no renovations can be done I presume. This accounts for the steps and ledges found everywhere which can be quite precarious. The hotel is picturesque and the courtyard is stunning with places to sit and read and just enjoy the ambience of the building. Food was served on an upper floor. Very high steps and the last few without a hand rail. Breakfast service was haphazard. One employee to serve over twenty guests on the day we were there. Staff polite and helpful other than reception on the day we checked in. He was surly. The hotel is located in a busy bazaar which suited us to pick up whatever we wanted from the nearby small shops.

I had reservation for this hotel, which i did 4 months before for deluxe room. But when I checked in the hotel they said we have already sold out for the day and given some twin bed room and said to adjust for the night. If we have already booked rooms 4 months before, then how can you say at the time of check in that we have already sold out... This is completely ridiculous behaviour from the manager. When asked for day refund since they have taken money for deluxe room they denied( which is obvious and i can't expect the mannered behaviour from this illiterate hotel managers). When asked around for this behaviour from hotel, heard that they have did this multiple times with multiple guests. So definitely not recommend this hotel for stay in jaisalmer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. A note to hotel management, Hire some good managers, not some ***** jokers.

It was fantastic experience & stay. Ambiance are too good and staff are really cooperative and soft spoken. Food quality are very nice and testy.hotel is nearby fort evrything is well room service is good manager Newaidhya is excellent in conversation.

This 300 year old Haveli at the gateway to the old town is probably the most beautiful place we stayed in Rajasthan. Beautiful comfortable room, gorgeous courtyards and a fabulous rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view. The perfect way to explore Jaisalmer

Britishers left but they had forgotten to take Mahindra Singh their guard. His attitude towards his own country men was so poor and towards foreigners was entirely different. If u guys don't want Indian tourist it should not be in the list of Indian hotels. His entire activities spoilt our mood and trip. All the rooms were empty but they paid no attention to shift our room from a storage room converted into a bedroom with no ventilation. We had actually paid a lot of price for the room. Mahindra singh the guard was impolite to my 6 yrs old child and my husband . We were a team of doctors and I request all the doctors of Jaiselmer to atleast make him realise that this is India and he should value his own people .. Guys ur royalty depends on the tourists ROYALTY.... Realise it soon

THE ONE OF THE BEST HERITAGE PROPERTY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN GOOD TARIFF FIRST I CHECKED IN THIS HAVELI THE MANAGER NEWAIDHYA HAVING TOO GOOD BEHAVIOUR STAFF IS SO GOOD AND VERY HELPFUL ROOM IS VERY CLEANED AND MORNING BREAKFAST IS TOO AMAZING I SUGGEST THIS HOTEL WHO CAME WITH THEIR FAMILY..
