On the 2nd night, the hotel changed the bed sheet and now it's super clean. The club staff are extraordinary, they made sure my daughter that has many allergies is able to enjoy the good food. Thanks for Ms. Aksha, Mr. Emyr, Mr. Aksay, Chef Doddy, Ms. Wenny, Ms. Theresia and others for exceeding our expectations.
After the incident of an unforeseen event next to the hotel causing the noise till 12am on the first night, the guest relation Ms. Salsa checked us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
The breakfast in Anigre is superb. Many options with various local excellent dishes, from yellow rice with complete condiments, sweet and savory cooked to order, various noodles with local soup taste. The breakfast at the lounge is more international high quality dishes. Both are great and we are glad to get the chance to try both options.
The Gandaria City mall is one of the most complete malls with various excellent restaurant options.
The only opportunity is that we are expecting a sofa bed as advertised by Trip.com for a large king room. Trip.com needs to make sure the accuracy of the room has possible variation.
In conclusion I will definitely come back to this hotel

The Hotel was lovely enough and did so much beyond our expectation knowing that we picked the property to specially celebrate our daughter's birthday. We opted for the club room so my husband whose leg was also injured could just comfortably enjoy meals more easily and did not have to travel far. The lounge service was excellent and we truly enjoyed the experience. Though there was a slight delay regarding my daughter's surprise cake which they promised us before our arrival, the hotel compensated with complimentary late check out and even gave another surprise during breakfast while the band played and sang the birthday song. Lastly during check out, they even gave my daughter a teddy bear as well as a box of macarons. We will definitely pick Sheraton again should we want to have a staycation for our special occasion in town.

The room is tidy and clean. The staff are friendly. The location is on point which is linked to my favourite mall, Gandaria City Mall.

Overall it’s very convenient, being linked to a mall. Plenty of food options. The down side is that one side of the hotel is facing a mosque, so at 3-4am there will be very very loud sounds from the street. To non locals and non initiated this is not great. But the service staff were great and even gave me ear plugs when I requested to change my room. Other than the noise, will consider staying here again. The room service food is not Michelin star grade, but still decent for the late night snacks. Was pleasant for me.
