My experience about buffalo hotel. The hotel's prime location added convenience to my stay, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting. Clean room even if it’s kinda old.

Check in time was long. Not enough towels, not working ice machine to call for room service operator doesn't pick up. No shuttle to go to other part of the resort had to walk. No access to swimming pool thought it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather but nope.

The room was clean but could do with some minor touch ups. Most of the food court was closed down when I arrived at 5:30. The Denny's was open and very well run.

We left a hotel 2 hours after check in as soon as I found several cockroaches in the room. If you enjoy cockroaches in your room, you are welcome to this "hotel". I asked for the fool refund. The men at the registration promised to give me full refund. They still charged my credit card with full amount. I did call to the hotel for the refund. The lady told me by phone that someone will call me, and I am still waiting. Terrible place to be. Terrible service.

They fed me rotten meat, worst burger ever!!!! They also banged on my door at exactly 1:03 a.m. asking for my breakfast order!

I had very low expectations for this hotel after reading the previous reviews, but I am so glad we gave this hotel a chance. It completely exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful (specially the lady in the reception that checekd us in around midnighton the seconf of May) and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The resort had a cool wild west theme. Definitely recommended for a short stay.

There is a hidden fee called a resort fee depending on how many days you are there my fee was 188 on top of the hotel fee of 263 dollars, no fridge in the room , house cleaning comes before and after you check in and out of the hotel , buffet is advertised but was closed , no food or good restaurants in the area so bring all the things you will need the local store which the company owns is expensive I paid 8 bucks for Tortilla chips the best thing to do is go to the truck stop a couple of blocks away the fountains don't work , the roller coaster doesn't work so I assume they are hurting for money the place looks like I is two years from crumbling. Don't go to Denny's because you will wait an half an hour to get a menu this place sucks waste of time

This used to be a fun place to stay during our race weekend. Unfortunately almost every place in Primm is closed. Dennys and a pizza place is the only thing open in the Hotel. The fast food places there are the worst I've seen because of lack of management.

This was an interesting place. There was a roller coaster that didn't work, a lazy river that had no water in it, a cute little rail way and train station that hadn't been used in years. They either had big plans for this place that fell through or it used to be a super fun place that just didn't make enough money. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, the elevators were fast, and the AC was cool and loud (I like that). There was no microwave, no fridge, no free breakfast and not enough electrical outlets so bring an extension cord if you stay. The shower head was at nose level, so you have to bend down to wash your hair - also the floor of the shower was a little slippery so watch your step. You have to leave your driver's license with an employee in order to get a cart to carry luggage to your room. Overall, it was a fine place to spend the night.
