This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our office adjoins the space, but your privacy is of the upmost importance. If you like nostalgia, you'll love this property. In the mid 1940's this building was once the very popular Tremain Brothers Lunchroom, and the main road through Jefferson City was present day McCarty. This property was very conveniently located, but difficult to exit due to the oddly placed driveway to the back door because it exits near an intersection with traffic lights. The ceiling fan and light metal “strings” were very noisy, but a fan was supplied. The kitchen and bathroom were wonderfully stocked, they thought of everything! (Even sugar, salt, and pepper ; a variety of coffee flavors for their “device” for you coffee drinkers). The bed is comfortable. The television’s were great with a variety of things to watch. There are brochures about Jefferson City, other magazines you can read. It was very easy to check in and out. I highly recommend this home to stay at and person to work with was amazingly patient!

Cozy good stay
Nice little condo. Everything was a close drive to the building. Great for a good weekend stay to enjoy the area.

Relaxing weekend
Everything was so comfortable and perfet for our long weekend. We enjoyed the fireplace on a cold rainy evening. This is our 2nd stay here and would love to return next year.

Excellent place to stay
The rental was very clean and put together, it was minutes away from all attractions in the area, the property manager was extremely helpful. Will stay again

Simple and clean
Straight forward and easy once the driveway is found! Clean and comfortable and close to most food and events for Jefferson City.

It was just ok
Overall an ok place to stay. The big issue was the AC. It was set at 78 when hot out and was locked up. Bed uncomfortable. Not enough towels.

Great location in Jefferson City. Close to state offices and east side shopping and neighborhoods, just off major highway.
