"J'étais à Jéricho en voyage en bicyclette, juste pour se reposer et connaître. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel. J'ai plusieurs éléments à suggérer et d'autres à souligner. SOULIGNEMENT 1. La localisation, est très proche du village, avec facilité de transport. Une vue magnifique parce qu'il est un haut de où on observe toute la commune. 2. Il est très silencieux, il se repose vraiment, vrai, pour son silence et pour son environnement. 3. L'attention de Sergio est très bonne. 4. L'internet m'a bien fonctionné, je n'ai pas eu de problème. La cabine très propre et le lit très confortable. RECOMMANDATIONS 1. Améliorer les accès, les plaques d'image sont détruites et si le temps est pluie, l'accès devient difficile, surtout pour les motocycles à grande cylindrée. 2. Comme les cabanes sont un peu éloignées du centre, il faut avoir plus de choses utiles dans la cabane, par exemple la façon de faire du café, l'accès à l'eau potable, avoir un stock de snacks de base dans la cabane. 3. Comme c'est un climat froid, ou du moins comme ça, il faut avoir une autre couette."

"We booked the king size bed suite. The rooms of this hotel are right next to a main street where all vehicles, especially noisy motorbikes and trucks have to travel to move around the city at any time. It feels like sleeping on the road. The noise of the motorbikes did not allow us to sleep for 2 nights, the room is a clean room that seems to have been remodeled, but it looks like a prison with high white ceilings without any wall decoration, just a TV on the wall full of ugly cables that lead to a huge table with which you hit your knee when walking. The windows do not have curtains to block out the morning light, which means that at six a.m. you’ll be awake . When we woke up (after a few hour sleep) we found out that the water heater was not working, having to shower in 58f (14c) weather, with water as cold as a cold river. Some people complained about it, and at night we managed to get hot water, but the next morning the water was freezing again. Staying in this hotel was a nightmare, the reasons to stay in a hotel is to sleep well and have a nice shower, neither can be achieved in this place. The staff, although friendly, did not guide us correctly on how to get tour guides to learn about Jericó, even gave us wrong directions. The food at the restaurant was horrible, we ate on one occasion and left the whole pizza on the table. The stay includes breakfasts, breakfasts that consisted of only 3 options, no juices, just coffee or tea, horrible, a poorly cooked single egg, a cold toast and an arepa that could barely be eaten, the first day we left breakfast on the table and went to have breakfast elsewhere and never came back to the restaurant. We are still waiting to put on some robes that were suppose to be deliver to the room. We weren't expecting a 5-star hotel, but we weren't expecting a cheap overpriced motel either. The bathroom is very nice and comfortable, but it is useless if you have to shower with freezing cold water. Terrible experience, this cannot be called a hotel, and not for almost $100 per night, maybe a hostel or a motel is a better category, I wouldn’t pay more than $25 for this place. The building is nice, the view from the balcony is beautiful, but it's useless if you can't sleep, rest or shower comfortably, be aware."

"Notre séjour à la maison Cedrela était tout simplement spectaculaire. Depuis l'arrivée, l'attention du personnel était chaleureuse et attentive, toujours en attente de chaque détail pour nous faire sentir comme chez nous. Le repas est délicieux, avec des saveurs uniques et des présentations impéciables. Le lieu est un vrai rêve: avec des espaces beaux et confortables qui invitent le repos et la tranquillité. Il est certain que c'est un hôtel Boutique qui dépasse les attentes et auquel nous voulons revenir très rapidement."
