Here’s a I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I would like to bring a few important concerns to your attention: 1. Poor Ambience and Cleanliness: The entrance area had dirty drainage water accumulated, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic environment right at the start. 2. Basement Parking Issue: When I parked my car in the basement, water was dripping from above, which made the entire bonnet dirty. 3. Reception Area Conditions: The reception area was extremely hot. When we asked about it, the staff casually mentioned a "power issue," with no proper resolution provided. 4. Lobby Heat on 3rd and 4th Floor: My rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floors, and the lobby on both floors remained unbearably hot throughout my 2-day stay. There was no ventilation or air conditioning in common areas. 5. Room Condition: The moment we entered the room, it felt like a furnace. On top of that, when it rained, water started leaking through the supposedly sealed glass window, which caused inconvenience and wet floors. 6. Miscommunication on Booking: Although my booking was for 2 days, the staff mentioned that HiTea is complimentry for only 1 day when we arrived after that I need to clarify all details and booking infornt of staff after that they are agreed for the same 7. Swimming Pool Safety and Facilities: After 6 PM, the pool is occupied by swimming classes, which guests are not informed about in advance. There are open electric wires near the shower area, which is extremely dangerous. The changing room has no towels and no staff available to assist. This experience was far below expectations, and I hope immediate steps are taken to improve the safety, hygiene, and comfort of your guests. Please look into these matters seriously
