作為一個在該酒店半年住了近二十次的來住客來説，該酒店地理位置和設施都挺好，唯獨服務員的態度讓人忍不住吐槽，且毫無人性化，最開始入住的時候前台服務員跟我説我入住的次數比較多，可以把我身份證訊息輸入進電腦，以便下次我方便入住，結果每次還是要出示身份證訊息，一個這樣的小事都辦不好，不知道服務員幹什麼吃的！雖然是小事，但服務行業事無鉅細，往往一件小事就能讓人心生好感不是麼，另外退房時間感覺就是酒店説了算，從最開始的15點退房，到14點，又15點，又14點，***到底幾點退房能不能定一下？最開始的時候就交代過不要打電話催促，我下來會付款延時房費，這邊答應的好好的，下次一如既往的打電話催促，脆脆，我催促你媽呢？我是欠你們延時費不給還是怎麼滴？別的酒店服務員都能將客户的需求如實準確的交給下一班的服務員，你們這服務員就是腦子不好使？還是記不住？忍了很久很久，每次都是這點子破事情破壞心情！

帶娃來的，酒店是柚子主題的，小朋友很喜歡，度假顧問還幫忙免費升級了，房間寬敞明亮，有客廳和卧室以及小茶台，最大的亮點是有烘乾衣服的架子，衞生無死角，服務也及時響應，看我帶着小朋友，還專門送了小點心，村子裏的自然景觀豐富，也有很多互動活動，這次來專門探訪歐陽修故里，讓小朋友感受一下“歐公精神”，很適合親子家庭來度假，強烈推薦！
