環境在快捷酒店裡麪算是乾淨的，但是房間隔音效果幾乎為零，周圍房間的人説話聲和洗漱聲可以聽得一清二楚，半夜被別人的聲音吵醒了好多次。睡眠比較敏感的人，千萬別選這家酒店。門衞大叔人超好超熱情，但是前台有一個女的全程臭臉，服務態度極差。總之作為機場過渡酒店住一天還是可以的，隨便睡一下

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese so we communicated with wechat which translates for me. I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

Very conveniently located near the airport with airport shuttle with other bunch of hotels located within the same area. There are few food options serving the local community and hotel guests.

“Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service!” I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest. Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel. We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.
