Avis : Hawthorn Tree Hotel (Tianfu International Airport)

Nous avons appelé pour confirmer la navette aéroport la veille de notre arrivée et ils nous ont dit d'appeler quand nous arriverions à l'aéroport, nous avons confirmé que nous arriverions à 00h30 et la fille a dit que c'était bien. Le lendemain, nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport et nous les avons appelés. La fille qui nous a répondu n'a pas compris notre demande, puis a dit qu'elle était trop occupée et a raccroché ! Nous avons passé la demi-heure suivante à appeler sans obtenir de réponse. Finalement, quand quelqu'un nous a répondu, ils nous ont dit que notre chambre n'était pas disponible (ils l'avaient vendue à quelqu'un d'autre !) mais qu'ils nous trouveraient un autre hôtel et nous enverraient le chauffeur. D'accord, nous avons attendu et attendu, le chauffeur est arrivé et s'est rendu à un autre endroit où la voiture de son collègue était en panne et il s'est arrêté pour essayer de réparer la voiture pendant que nous attendions dans la camionnette ! Nous avons finalement dû demander si nous pouvions aller à l'hôtel et quel était cet hôtel. Nous n'aurions pas dû attendre et nous pensons qu'ils ont simplement essayé de vendre notre chambre à quelqu'un d'autre pour un prix plus élevé. Lorsque nous nous sommes enfin endormis, j'ai eu du mal à dormir à cause du bruit de la climatisation à l'extérieur de notre fenêtre, j'aurais bien changé de chambre mais mon partenaire était trop fatigué.

Option budgétaire. (C'est beaucoup moins cher que HIX.) L'hôtel se trouve dans une petite ville près de l'aéroport. Il peut fournir une prise en charge et un retour gratuits. Comme dans de nombreux endroits en Chine où l’on ne parle que chinois, une application de traduction est nécessaire.

Not that great. The hotel is close to the airport but that's the only draw that took us there. The room is big but dated and did not feel freshly clean. The receptionist was welcoming but gave us a different room from the one we had booked and constrained us to take the shuttle to the airport 4 hours before departure just because they had to fill the minivan at that specific time. There are plenty of hotel options in the area so I would look to stay somewhere else.

The room was good n had a double bed with my fren. Service from airport n to airport was fast 15mins. Bfast a lot of choice outside the hotel

10 minutes ride from Tianfu international airport. Contact hotel staffs via Wechat, then they will provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport.

Great location, close to the airport and easily accessible from the Chengdu. Transfer to the airport was quick and on time!

Really cheap place to stay! Staff was super nice and let me had super late check out. There are many places to eat around, super handy. 10min away from the airport

Hotel in a very good location. A lots of shops and restaurant around. Very impressive service. I arrived 1 and half hour before Check in time. They organized 2 rooms for us immediately without asking a question. Very clean. Friendly staff. Real value for money. However, you need to use translation app to communicate, as they don't speak English. Hotel sign got completely different name - "Panda Holiday Hotel", not Hawthorn Tree.

Overall ok . Don’t set too high expectation , u pay what u get .

Near the airport with pickup and sending services. The lady was kind and nice during our stay. The room is decently clean.

Place is clean & quiet . Will stay here again . Hotel gave free shuttle to airport which is what we wanted . Food is good . Bed is clean and comfty...
