GgirlfromarsNous avons eu un séjour incroyable à Naera. La chambre était grande avec un énorme bain et un garde-robe et packé avec toutes les installations dont nous avons besoin, y compris les LOTS d'eau bouteille, y compris Evian, fruits, snacks, fournitures de bain, un sèche-cheveux Dyson, stationnement pour les enfants, y compris un verre magnifique, etc. L'hôtel de retour est également relié à une partie moderne (gentrifiée) de la ville d'eau avec des canots et des magasins frais. Il est également à quelques pas à l'une des entrées de la ville de Xitang Ancien. Nous avons également allé à l'agriculture biologique mais nous avons été laissés à l'écart par le gilet = pas beaucoup d'activités pour le petit. Le menu / cartes fournies, etc., sont toutes dans le Mandarin et la salle de jeux, tout en étant propre et grande, était complètement emballé et chaotique.

IInvitéI rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception!
Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!

QqianyayaoooLe paysage à Xitang est très beau. Je l'ai visité pendant presque une journée entière et l'expérience de séjourner dans ce B&B a été très bonne. Il y a beaucoup de monde à Hangzhou cette année. Sur le chemin du retour, j'ai décidé de venir à Xitang et j'ai trouvé ce B&B. Une fois la réservation effectuée, le patron a appelé et a ajouté les coordonnées et a envoyé l'emplacement. Le parking à l'entrée était étroit mais l'arrière était toujours bon pour se garer. la méthode de stationnement a expliqué le patron après la visite.
Le patron était très enthousiaste et nous a aidés à monter et descendre nos bagages. Ils ont réservé des billets moins chers qu'en ligne et nous ont également aidés à courir. La patronne était également très enthousiaste en nous emmenant à Wujiaqiao, l'entrée du site pittoresque.
J'ai réservé la chambre 402, qui est une suite familiale, elle est également idéale pour voyager avec un bébé. Le paysage est superbe et les détails de l'aménagement des espaces publics sont également en place. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait du voyage 👍

MMaryanah BtePositives - The room assigned to me on the 2nd floor is big with a double bed that could be a little hard but that is normal for beds in China. There is a huge bath tub and toilet which looks like the Japanese toilet but the bidet function is not working and the flushing function is working. There are the usual amenities such as disposable towels in plastic and slippers. There is a balcony overlooking the river with a table and 4 chairs for guests to seat together. It is a very good location facing the famed covered tiled roof street and many eateries around. I checked that the prices sold are reasonable when compared to same items sold in Shanghai.
Area for improvement. The location of the inn is quite difficult for me to find as there is no map to indicate where it is and there is no English signage to show the direction. I have to ask around and I managed to figure out the street name in English. I wish there is a drop-off location mentioned for the taxi drivers to follow. The owners cannot speak English at all and I rely on Google translate to converse with them.

JJamie00The initial courtyard room was not satisfactory as it was noisy. However, upon feedback, Ms Cai was proactive in quickly moving us to another room that was nice. Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)

L'hygiène est très calme, la décoration est très antique, le climatisation est chaude, le premier étage n'est pas humide, les enfants aiment très bien. La prochaine fois, ils choisiront. Félicitations pour l'Année nouvelle du personnel et bonheur.

DDaianjiezouzhongguoJ'ai séjourné dans une chambre face à la rivière et la vue lorsque j'ai ouvert la porte était très belle. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également très bon, il est très pratique pour aller n'importe où. L'hôtel dispose également d'un parking dans la zone pittoresque et les employés viendront vous chercher à votre arrivée. Cette fois, j'ai amené mes aînés et mes enfants ici et toute la famille a été très satisfaite. L'hôtel et l'attitude du service ont été très utiles.
