IInvité是一次很棒的入住體驗！
住宿：因為訂的晚了衹剩一款房型，按我留言的要求（安靜+不要角落房）給安排了，酒店隔音也不錯的（門口那邊不太隔音，走廊上小朋友吵鬧的聲音很明顯，不過走到裏面房間就聽不到什麼聲音啦），美中不足是因為客流量大入住之後發現有衞生做得不到位的地方（陽台的煙灰缸有煙頭等），但酒店非常迅速安排了重新打掃，不錯子！非常大方地給了很多瓶裝水，各種規格品牌都有，minibar裏也有各式飲料和茶包，就在酒店癱也很棒的！
餐飲：早飯挺不錯的，很喜歡餛飩哈哈哈。但晚飯不是很滿意了，可能是假期客流量大的緣故，加上我們訂餐有點晚了，家燒大公雞給的都是邊角料了。
環境：鬧中取靜，一樓有很多空間很適合癱一天，書吧的書也可以借到房間去看，也碰上了一月一次的良人市，周邊逛逛也挺不錯的。
總結：有私人管家服務，我這次的管家小朱溝通熱心、解決問題順暢，更推薦非節假日來體驗感更加！還是會再來的！

Viens à Xijiang, l'hôtel est très proche de l'entrée du paysage et très pratique, il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour de lui, l'environnement intérieur de l'hôtel est beau, la chambre est très propre et propre, l'attitude de service est bonne, recommandé ici.

MMichael ZargarovThis is a marvelous homestay-guesthouse. Located in a quiet area of the old-town, but very close to many bars and restaurants. Next door to a temple.
The owner is a friendly man who loves cats... and has three lazy, fat cats who sleep most of the time. He even gave us chilled bottles of Perrier French mineral water upon our arrival! The courtyard has two Loquat trees which provided many delicious fruits.
Our room was upstairs in this renovated old Qing-Dynasty house. We had a small private balcony. The bed was very comfortable, with great bolster pillows for watching movies on the huge screen. There was a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was huge and even included a Japanese toilet with bidet functions. Soft towels. Good toiletries.
The included breakfasts, served in the courtyard, were wonderful. Fried bread, two-kinds of dumplings, soy milk, boiled eggs. Delicious coffee. Watermelon slices.
Xitang is a beautiful, if a bit over-commercialized ”ancient” town. We enjoyed our visit, and this lovely guest-house. The guesthouse is a bit hard to locate. It is in the Eastern part of the old town, near the bar street. For those who enjoy Hanfu, there are MANY shops nearby where you can rent the costumes.

QqianyayaoooLe paysage à Xitang est très beau. Je l'ai visité pendant presque une journée entière et l'expérience de séjourner dans ce B&B a été très bonne. Il y a beaucoup de monde à Hangzhou cette année. Sur le chemin du retour, j'ai décidé de venir à Xitang et j'ai trouvé ce B&B. Une fois la réservation effectuée, le patron a appelé et a ajouté les coordonnées et a envoyé l'emplacement. Le parking à l'entrée était étroit mais l'arrière était toujours bon pour se garer. la méthode de stationnement a expliqué le patron après la visite.
Le patron était très enthousiaste et nous a aidés à monter et descendre nos bagages. Ils ont réservé des billets moins chers qu'en ligne et nous ont également aidés à courir. La patronne était également très enthousiaste en nous emmenant à Wujiaqiao, l'entrée du site pittoresque.
J'ai réservé la chambre 402, qui est une suite familiale, elle est également idéale pour voyager avec un bébé. Le paysage est superbe et les détails de l'aménagement des espaces publics sont également en place. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait du voyage 👍

HHangdiaoCette séjour est très satisfaite! La chambre est propre et propre, les lits sont confortables, les installations sont complètes et le WiFi est rapide. Le service de la réception est chaleureusement attentif, le traitement de l'hébergement est efficace et le type de chambre est amélioré intimement. La position de l'hôtel est confortable, les boutiques de restaurants et d'autres boissons à proximité sont nombreuses et le transport est également pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est riche et save très bien. Merci particulièrement à la chambre d'amis de la chambre de l'amis pour son soin soigneux, les détails reflètent la qualité. Le rapport qualité-prix est super élevé, vous choisisserez ici la prochaine fois, fortement recommandé aux amis!

IInvitéVery nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets.
Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good.
I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones.
The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions.
The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

Unfortunately the hotel and the room is totally different from what we booked. As explained by the front desk, our original room has just undergone sanitazation hence change us to another riverview room. We checked in then realised that there are two near to similar name hotels and believe both under the same management. We are looking for the black & white theme hotel as the picture published on the website but in reality we get another older hotel & room beside the river. Not sure what is the reason we don't get the exact hotel and room there since it is non peak season.

MMichelleIl a été contacté par le personnel de l'hôtel à notre arrivée et il est venu à l'entrée pour nous emmener à l'hôtel. Il nous a également aidé à transporter nos bagages. Nous avons besoin d'acheter des billets à Xitang à l'entrée.L'hôtel est calme et semble être assez vide sur une semaine. La chambre est équipée d'un balcon qui a une vue sur la rivière. Bon photo point également. Les meubles de la chambre sont un peu datés mais encore bon pour 1 nuit de séjour.
La location est une promenade facile pour manger des lieux, des bars et des magasins.
