衞生：衞生間很大，也很乾凈。非常人性化的放了長椅，邊上還有電子秤，全身鏡。
環境：整個酒店的環境也非常好，設計在路口，邊上也有餐飲，住在高層眺望遠方給人感覺很好。房間非常大，小朋友住的很開心。
服務：酒店服務員也很好，登記入住速度非常快。
設施：機器人送餐到房間非常方便。但是有一點停車場有點不太友好，進出有點擁擠。另外就是電梯也不太友好不智能，我明明已經按了往下樓層也按好了，結果又給我往上跑，兩次都這樣，希望對於電梯設定要搞一搞。早上的早餐也還可以吧，但是水果有點少，兩種蔬菜，兩種水果，西瓜還不是很甜。
這個酒店整體還蠻好。

IInvitéIt was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.
We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel.
For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.
With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.
It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.
Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on. I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.
Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.
The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.
When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.
We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).
As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

NNicoleJBIt was a very new hotel and hotel staff was very friendly and every corner they see you will greet you to make you feel at home. The hotel is close to the bar street so walkable distance otherwise take a walk to enjoy the Wuzhen and that’s the purpose.

JJinmiaodayeJ'ai emmené ma sœur à Wuzhen. J'avais initialement réservé un surclassement à l'hôtel Jintang derrière Yiyuan. Après être descendu de l'avion et être allé à Wuzhen pendant quelques heures, j'étais un peu fatigué. La première vague de personnes a été émue par la femme de ménage. Fan Jiahui, qui nous a contacté via WeChat à l'avance pour le recevoir à la porte Nous nous sommes soigneusement aidés à porter nos bagages (les deux cartons étaient un peu lourds, désolé🙄 Nous sommes descendus de la voiture à batterie et avons marché environ 200 mètres jusqu'au. magasin. La route en pierre était inégale, alors Xiao Fan l'a porté tout le long du chemin. Quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, nous nous sommes assis et l'avons remis à Serviette, du thé à l'hibiscus, si confortable. La chambre était propre et hygiénique. À 18 heures, les serpentins anti-moustiques étaient allumés et des sachets étaient placés dans ma chambre. 🌷Le petit-déjeuner du lendemain peut être commandé à l'avance. Vous pouvez le manger immédiatement à son arrivée. Si vous n'en avez pas assez, vous pouvez le remplir. Merci Yu Min d'avoir aidé à passer la commande. La chambre et la fenêtre du petit-déjeuner sont magnifiques. Vous pouvez voir des fleurs de lotus et des piscines. Apportez-le avec vos amis quand ils viennent. 😆Vous pouvez déposer vos bagages à la réception avant de quitter l'hôtel, et ils les transporteront jusqu'à la bagagerie du centre de service. Lorsque vous quittez Wuzhen, il vous suffit de les récupérer au centre avec votre reçu. . C'est bien. Ma sœur et moi allons au Lac de l'Ouest pour jouer. La gouvernante Xiao Fan m'a aidé à trouver un chauffeur et à venir me chercher à l'heure le lendemain. Merci 🍹🍹🍭. Réticent à partir, je reviendrai la prochaine fois, Wuzhen est vraiment magnifique.

EEUC riderFantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

L'hôte peut parler anglais et sont très aimables. Ils nous ont même aidé à vérifier le billet de bus à Hangzhou et nous ont ensuite conduit à la gare.

Ccherrywu0502Je suis venu à Wuzhen pour découvrir le festival de théâtre et aussi pour voir l'exposition spéciale ”Le cœur de Chopin” au musée d'art de Muxin. J'ai fait attention à l'hébergement à Wuzhen longtemps à l'avance et j'ai finalement choisi le Tong'an Inn dans la zone pittoresque avec le style. de la République de Chine, je n'ai pas été déçu. La planification unifiée de Wuzhen est spéciale. Le personnel de l'hôtel est prévenant et enthousiaste, en particulier Miss Wang Yue ! Lors de la consultation téléphonique, nous avons patiemment expliqué, pris des dispositions à l'avance, fourni des recommandations d'applications pour les sites pittoresques et prêté attention à l'ensemble du processus pendant notre séjour. Merci encore ! Il existe de nombreux types de chambres d'hôtel. Nous avons choisi la chambre de style République de Chine dans le bâtiment 2, qui se trouve juste à côté du jardin de sauce Xuchang et qui est très confortable. Pendant le festival de théâtre, l'hôtel propose également des images spéciales pour que les clients puissent en apprendre davantage, ce qui est très prévenant ! En raison d'affaires temporaires, je suis allé et venu précipitamment. Je choisirai Tong'an Inn la prochaine fois que je reviendrai.

A notre arrivée, le patron était très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils locaux pour les environs de Wuzhen et des conseils de voyage futurs dans le Jiangsu. L'hôtel se trouve à quelques pas de la principale zone touristique de Wuzhen Xizha.
La chambre fournie était très propre et spacieuse, avec une grande douche. Nous avons également apprécié un délicieux petit-déjeuner en bas pour un coût abordable. Le patron nous a également fourni un chauffeur pour nous rendre à Suzhou.
Fortement recommandé et je réserverais à nouveau si jamais nous visitons Wuzhen ! 👍

We stayed in the “Garden Suite King,” which was not only clean and spacious but also featured a stunning private garden that added a touch of tranquility to our stay. The hot bathtub was a delightful bonus, providing the perfect spot to unwind and relax
The service at Alila Wuzhen was exceptional. Both the room service and front desk staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. The front desk took the time to carefully explain all the facilities to us, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay
One of the highlights of our trip was dining at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance was enhanced by a stylish setting surrounded by bamboo. This thoughtful design created a sense of privacy for each table, making our dining experience even more enjoyable
I was also pleased to discover that the gym is open 24 hours, which is a significant advantage for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was kept at a warm temperature, allowing us to take a refreshing swim even during the chilly winter nights
Lastly, the villa-type design of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Every corner is aesthetically pleasing, making it feel like a photo opportunity at every step. Overall, Alila Wuzhen exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!
