The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

C'est la première fois que je viens à Jieyang. J'ai été à Shanwei et Chaozhou plusieurs fois. Cette fois, j'ai pris un train de Shanwei à Jieyang pour y rester deux jours. J'ai vu les bonnes critiques de l'hôtel sur Ctrip à l'avance et je l'ai réservé directement. Le trajet de la gare à l'hôtel coûte plus de 20 yuans, soit environ 11 kilomètres, et prend 25 minutes en voiture. L'hôtel dispose également de son propre parking ce qui est très pratique. En arrivant à l'hôtel, nous avons constaté que le service était vraiment bon. De la réception au service de chambre, en passant par le service de restauration, tout le personnel était très enthousiaste. En particulier, un jeune homme à la réception nous a beaucoup parlé de la danse Yingge et des coutumes folkloriques de Yinglaoye. Merci à Xiao Zheng pour son service, il répond toujours aux demandes. La chambre d'hôtel est propre et bien rangée, et le quartier n'est pas petit. Elle coûte un peu plus de 500 yuans, petit-déjeuner et dîner compris. C'est en effet la première fois que je séjourne dans un hôtel avec dîner inclus. L'essentiel est que les plats ne sont pas du tout bâclés et sont très délicieux. Le personnel du restaurant a été très enthousiaste et nous a dit de revenir pour en prendre plus si ce n'était pas suffisant et de manger plus. Sentez-vous comme à la maison. L'eau de la douche est également très bonne, la climatisation dans la chambre est très chaude et l'environnement est très calme. La seule chose à laquelle je pense serait s'il y avait une étagère dans la salle de bain où vous pourriez mettre votre propre shampoing, nettoyant pour le visage, etc.

Un séjour parfait. L'hôtel est très confortable. Vous recevez du thé aux fruits et du café gratuits lorsque vous entrez. La dame de la réception est plus enthousiaste et prend l'initiative de présenter quels restaurants sont bons et quels endroits doivent s'enregistrer. aussi une buanderie et un sèche-linge gratuits. Je les aime beaucoup. Un petit détail, des câbles de données gratuits sont fournis aux touristes (certains hôtels sont également payants). L'équipement intelligent de l'hôtel est également très bon. Nous avons réservé cet hôtel car nous étions en voiture et il acceptait les animaux. La chambre était propre, les équipements neufs, la literie confortable et le service aimable, avec notamment une assistance pour les bagages. Cependant, le quartier est assez pauvre, avec un bâtiment à moitié démoli et un environnement désordonné. Il y a peu de restaurants à proximité, la plupart vendant ou transformant du jade.
