Stayed for 3 nights, location is very convenient, right next to the subway station. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast from 7am to 10am foods was ok, but some items were limited and not refilled, and no coffee provided. This hotel only has one lift, smoking are allowed in the lift made it very bad odour , too many deliveryman using this lift delivering food to the rooms, making the hotel no privacy, the room cleaning lady was very helpful and friendly. On the 3rd night at 1. 40am , all the lights in the room suddenly turned on, waking us up from sleeping , what an interesting experience for the stayed

There was a heavy smoking smell when we entered the lobby. We hope the hotel can ban smoking for the health of other guests. Room was clean but there was also a smoking smell when we entered the room. The hotel provides free laundry service which was a plus point as we were able to wash our clothes.

The hotel is surrounded by forest park, bank, hospital, tea city, Hualian shopping plaza, Laotun food market, convention and exhibition center, impression Jinan, west railway station, K88 Mingquan plaza and railway station. Thank you for your kind comments. The Assistant Manager will remind the Guest of the No Smoking Policy and post the notice. Housekeeping department is using professional equipment to disinfect and deodorize the room. There is no smoking room for non-smoking guests. If you need any help during your stay, please call the front desk, the hotel will solve it for you at the first time. Your trip Xiao Mo very glad to participate, we sincerely hope that in your later travel can give you the greatest warmth, Also thank you for your love, this will be our greatest motivation to work harder to do better, very lucky to meet you ~ ~, Xiao Mo look forward to your stay again.

Service was excellent, the girls at the reception were very polite and stepped forward to do the best of their job. The style of the hotel was modern and very close to metro stations; on top, there's a big supermarket across the street where we can get what we need. I personally love to see family stores and restaurants around the hotel.

酒店的設施也讓人眼前一亮。房間乾淨整潔得不像話，床品柔軟舒適，躺下就不想起來。最值得一提的是服務，工作人員的態度簡直温暖到人心。從入住時前台小姐姐熱情地介紹周邊設施，到每天打掃房間時阿姨認真細緻的樣子，還有遇到問題時他們及時又耐心的解決，都讓人感覺特別貼心。

酒店交通很方便，大廳環境很好，前台服務熱情，辦理入住快，還給延遲退房了。房間非常乾淨整潔，床墊很柔軟舒適，枕頭也很舒服，早餐東西很多，味道不錯，下次還會選擇這裏

房間超級喜歡，非常乾淨整潔，大廳特別香，還有免費咖啡，工作人員熱情有禮貌，後面還有免費停車場，六樓還有健身房，四樓還有洗衣房烘乾機

酒店大廳香香的，十分乾淨整潔，前台工作人員也熱情好客，離大明湖趵突泉也不遠，隔壁就有地鐵站，出行也十分方便，非常不錯。

環境還可以，早餐味道不錯，但是我感覺安全問題需要被考慮，酒店電梯誰都可以進這點不太好，酒店電梯還是刷卡比較安全，早餐補貨也不是很及時，果汁沒了也不補

我訂的這個房型設計感很強，進到房間之後無論是整體設計還是牆上裝飾細節，都能感受得到比較用心。 整體入住體驗比較不錯。 好的地方在於洗浴設備、房間隔音性、枕頭舒適度、地理位置。 需要改進的地方: 空調製冷效果很差，沙發有些遮擋電視視線。

帶孩子入住的酒店，缺少小童玩樂設施，樓後有停車場 停車方便，房間空間還可以，衞生一般。總體來説這個價格中規中矩
