首先，屋裡設施都很不錯，傢俱都是實木的，床品也很舒服，甚至還有懶人沙發，房間面積也很大很豁亮，簡約舒適，在這個濟南東附近位置來説，性價比真的很高，十分的話可以給到9分。 其次就是，前台服務人員，態度好，辦事效率高，温和對待客人，真的很好。 最後説一下不好的，也是最重要的，保潔。 （1） 第一天入住，浴巾上面就有女生的長頭髮，説實話，我覺得這並沒有什麼，誰也有個不小心可能就落下了。如果不是下面的事，這件事我可能講都不會講。 （2） 第一天入住，洗漱的時候，衞生間浴室間，地漏上面還有一次性洗漱用品的包裝袋，很大，在那堵着。浴室裏的洗漱用品沐浴露甚至即將見底。我習慣了用自己帶的，就沒用。所以最後到退房也沒講這件事。但是這説明一個問題，那就是保潔根本就不見得打掃浴室間。不然地漏上明晃晃的包裝紙不可能看不見。 （3） 第一天入住，因為喝中葯，想着熱水壺燒點水，把葯熱一下，結果水壺外面都是水痕，那麼衹有兩個可能，要麼就是水沖了下糊弄事，要麼就是擦洗的抹布本來就是臟的。雖然不是燒水喝，但是看着真彆扭，我自己用濕巾擦得。 （4） 第二天辦理了續住，出門辦事前，講好了保潔打掃衞生，結果回來一看，衞生間根本就沒收拾，垃圾桶還是都用過的紙巾，馬桶上還有倒中葯濺出來的痕跡。按理説衞生間應該是着重點不是嗎？ （5） 還是續住打掃衞生，洗漱用品，牙膏牙刷都是一次性的，我晚上用的時候，在抽屜裏拿出來一根牙膏，竟然是打開用過的，大概率是我前一天晚上的，但是還有很大概率就是別人打開的回收又放進去的，畢竟他是寧好了蓋子重新和一堆新的洗漱用品放一起的，根本挑不出來。最主要的是，他是一次性的不是嗎？ （6） 第一天的時候，水都喝沒了，續住保潔打掃衞生，竟然一瓶沒放，給前台打的電話，人家前台送上來的。 （7） 晚上坐了下沙發，坐上去硌屁股，才發現有個女生的手串，腳丫子想也知道這是上一位住客忘記的，就在沙發上，明晃晃的看不見？這説明保潔根本就沒有打掃過，衹是做了簡單的表面功夫，甚至表面功夫都沒做好。 綜上所述，啥都好，性價比，前台人員，地理位置，房間設施，在這附近真的很不錯可以給五星好評。但是你家保潔拖後腿了，感覺不是外包的，就是你家老闆或者某位領導親戚吧？簡直根本就是糊弄事。 過幾天還會再選一次，希望到時候會不一樣並且有所改善吧。如果還這樣真沒救了。
