洒店裝修好有风格，好有特色，大堂好舒服，前台工作人員服務態度非常好，好有禮物，有一種賓至如歸的感覺，這邊的人很親切，房間好乾淨，設備很齊全，房間裝修也很有風格，我們訂的是圓床房，好溫馨好舒服，早餐很豐富，下次還會入住，前台小姐姐還介紹我們去了當地最出名的無須海玩，值得去玩

環境：酒店裝修很有特色，是藏式風格。
衞生：房間乾淨衞生，公共區域也很整潔。
設施：停車非常方便，有特別大的地下停車場。不過整個酒店就一台電梯，高峯期等電梯還是有點費時間的。

當地算不錯的酒店了，但是一晚上沒睡着，智能馬桶半夜自動沖水，後面衹能拔掉電源。窗户隔音不好，半夜救護車的聲音直接把人吵醒了。

第一次去九龍，開電車去的，所以這家酒店基本是最優選了。樓下停車場有3個7kw的充電樁，雖然電費不便宜，不過主打一個方便。酒店地暖特別足，差點熱感冒。吃的也方便，餐廳不算貴。

這個酒店太離譜。我定的是星空大床房，10點到酒店前台入住，前台給我辦理房卡（8666房間），我拖着行李到了8666房間，打開門，準備開燈放行李，然後房間有人喊話，嚇死我了，也把房間的人嚇壞了。我趕忙跑下樓找前台，前台還理直氣壯的説不可能，結果自己上去查，果然有人！
然後又給我開了一個同户型的房間8222房間。我到了8222房間，開燈開空調，發展空調吹的是冷風，然後給前台電話，前台説吹一會就會是熱風，我就燒水，擺放行李，洗澡。半個多小時過去了，還是冷風，電話給前台，前台派個工作人員來到我房間幫我調控台。
好，最離譜的來了…
這個幫我調空調的工作人員，一是沒有穿工作服，身穿大棉襖，二是老酒喝多了，滿臉通紅，酒氣熏人，簡直要把我薰吐了。
這個人捯飭了5分鐘，説空調搞不好，要給我換個房間，而且給我換的是比我定的房間價格便宜的普通大床房（我定房的時候，就仔細研究了他們的房型和價格）。還非説比星空大床房好，價格比星空大床房貴！然後滿臉******，還問我幹嘛的？帶有恐嚇的***風氣。
我和他説，説他喝酒了，我不和他聊，讓他喊其他人幫我解決，或者讓他領導來，他説他就是酒店的老闆，
我現場打開攜程他們家酒店房間價格，和他對比，讓他把房間的差額退給我，他説愛管不管。言語之間表達讓我出不了九龍縣縣城。
再然後我就嚇跑了，房費都沒敢讓退。半夜換個酒店住的。
然後攜程客服幫我對接後期事情，酒店盡然回覆説這個人是酒店保安，當晚沒喝酒，衹是烤火烤的臉紅。（原本以為是工作人員個人狀態問題，沒想到酒店盡然講歪理，説他沒喝酒）。我也是服了！
奉勸這個酒店老闆，或者股東們，如果你看到這個品論，你真的要好好請個專業的酒店管理人員幫你管理，這麼搞下去，你這酒店遲早會被他們幹倒閉！
