The hotel is located in the core area of Zhangza Town, Jiuzhaigou (5.5 kilometres away from the gate of the scenic spot). You can walk to the "Jiuzhai Dry Ancient Love" performing arts centre and the special Tibetan food block. Push the window to see the snowy mountains, and the corner meets the forest and sea. The hotel reconstructs the aesthetics of mountain residence with the contemporary revitalisation of Tibetan and Qiang aesthetics, opens up a quiet side in the "Wonderland on Earth", and is equipped with a total of 65 all-intelligent rooms, including landscape parent-child, landscape bed, and full-heart suite, to bring you and your family a warm and peaceful time. Here, every morning, you can wake up to the sound of birdsong. When you open the curtains, you can see the snowy mountains in the distance shining in the sun. In the afternoon, you can stroll through the streets full of Tibetan-style buildings and feel the different customs. In the evening, you can walk to the "Jiuzhai Qianguqing" performing arts centre to enjoy a shocking performance and experience the unique charm of Tibetan Qiang culture.

Even though we asked for a quiet room on high floor at booking, we were given a noisy room facing adjacent building construction on the lowest floor. It seems like hotel staff didn’t bother checking guests’ room preference requests.
After enquiring with hotel reception, we were given a room at 4th floor but still suffering construction noise issue. After a further change in room, we were swapped to another room on 4th floor but slightly better. Reception service is acceptable. It seems like quiet rooms are available but reserved for ‘some other’ guests. Why weren’t we given a quiet room we requested in the first place?
Room is good but not particularly spacious. Bedding is comfortable, and towels are white fluffy and thick. Room has all amenities like hand towels, bath mat etc Breakfast has a few varieties and serving time starts at 6:30am; suitable for many travellers. Hotel has 2 commercial washers and dryers ; fantastic!
Room cleanliness is not on par with a 4 star hotel; needs improvements and attention. Washbasin plug outlet hasn’t been cleaned and is stained. Basin mirror smeared with greasy marks (See 2 photos).

這家漫心酒店位於通往九寨溝景區的樟扎村的主幹道邊上，不堵車的情況下去遊客中心大約7-8分鐘，地理位置非常方便。
酒店開業不到兩年，前台大堂的設計既有當代時尚又有藏式元素，房間設備全部嶄新。
早餐比較豐富，有部分當地特色美食。前台每天有免費的接駁車能為遊客接送景區遊客中心非常貼心。

這次入住體驗很好！酒店環境不錯，房間寬敞又乾淨，設施也很新，住着非常舒適。
最驚喜的是酒店提供直達九寨溝的免費接駁車，節省了不少時間和交通成本，非常貼心。
特別要表揚前台的小宋姐姐，服務熱情周到，從辦理入住到遊玩諮詢都耐心解答，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。
這次入住為我們的旅途增色不少，強烈推薦，下次來還會選擇這裏！

我們是奔着網友好評預訂漫心酒店的。果不其然，入住後很滿意！房間裝飾風格浪漫温馨；開關的控制面板指示清晰，窗簾可電動控制，非常方便；洗澡水温度好，水量大，有三個作用不同的噴頭，我愛人直呼好極啦！礦泉水按需取，冰箱裏的飲料也可以用機器人送達；前台服務員服務貼心。酒店周圍各種店鋪很多。總之是一個來了還想再來的酒店！

酒店位置在九寨千古情附近，周圍很熱鬧，有很多餐飲和超市！雖然離九寨溝入口還有一定距離，但酒店每天早上和下午都有免費到景區的接送班車，很方便！房間乾淨衞生，工作人員也很禮貌熱情！衹有一點美中不足就是酒店房間的空調衹有暖風沒有製冷，剛進房間覺得温度有點高就開了會兒空調，結果越來越熱啦！詢問了前台才得知沒有製冷！其它都很滿意！

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須給滿五星！
服務貼心到細節裏 是最打動我的地方。前台辦理入住高效又熱情，細心介紹了周邊的美食和景點路線。工作人員全程面帶微笑，讓人感覺特別温暖。
房間的 舒適度直接拉滿 。床品柔軟親膚，躺下瞬間卸下所有疲憊，隔音效果更是驚喜，完全聽不到外界噪音。房間收拾得一塵不染，乾濕分離的衞生間整潔明亮，配備的洗漱用品品質很好，連Wi-Fi連接都特別穩定快速。
地理位置也無可挑剔 ，去九寨溝很方便 酒店有接駁車 早上7:00 7:40 都有 衹記住這兩個時間點
從入住到退房全程舒心，無論是服務、設施還是位置都挑不出毛病，性價比超高

房間睡着很舒服，而且房間裏面放的都有記憶枕，睡眠質量也提高了不少，他家早餐也很豐富，有當地的酥油茶、糌粑都是屬於九寨溝的特色小吃，交通也很便利，出門就能打到車，前台小朱的服務也很好，細心的幫我們講解景區如何遊玩，這家酒店還有免費的接駁車送去景區哦，各方面都很優秀

設施：第一次住漫心意外的不錯，酒店大堂看着不大但是配備齊全，房間面積很大，水壓很強洗澡非常舒服。九寨天氣多變，酒店配備了LG洗衣機和烘乾機，我們玩了一天衣服被雨水打濕也能立即清洗烘乾，微信掃碼隨時查看洗衣烘衣狀態非常智能也非常方便。
服務：雖然節前很忙碌但前台的小姐姐態度很好。
早餐：很有特色，種類豐富，一點都不敷衍。
位置：在九寨千古情對面，去景區大門酒店有班車，記得提前預約。
周邊，酒店出門左手邊有個炒菜館，味道很不錯，呆了三天吃了兩頓。
九寨太美了，以後有時間還會再來。
