did not even stay as no check in information was shared. stuck in the rain into the AMs. Had to find a different place to stay and overall had to spend a lot more due to the extra transport cost and emergency hotel stay.

The water heater water flow is very low. Then the water heater noisy also. Felt scary. Toiletries not provided. I think this is basically services. Hope it improves

Need to clean before guest stay, it really poor cleanliness.
The floor dusty, the bathroom smells and the shower head all mold growing,it really awlful honestly.
check in process, did not clear mention how to check in,and still asking 100 to be deposit before to have QR code, it really super expensive. Photo cannot be believe.

Ngl the toilet was meh.. should have more amenities instead of soap only. And the soap looks sus i dont even dare to use.
