Great room for families to stay in JB

不錯的服務，就是早餐不太適合中國人！

My wife and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary at the Doubletree by Hilton. On arrival we pleasantly received decorations, cake and a personal handwritten congratulations card. The service went beyond expectations. Also we booked a room that included the executive lounge access, to which is well worth to try with all day snacks and drinks and evening cocktail and pre dinner food. All in all a very relaxing few days.

The sound proof is not so good. The next door hotel guest had his early wake up ring tone sound from. 4.30am till 5.30am! Call the front desk but can’t do much. Disturbing my sleeping. The room is clean & staff is courteous.

Dislike the fact that Hilton is selling at a higher rate than 3rd parties, like Trip.com Keep it up Trip.com

1 of the good hotel in Johor Bahru. Recommend to stay for all kind of travelers.

Breakfast was good as usual. The cookies at check in a great signature touch of Doubletree. Rooms starting to get a little dated but still nice enough. Staff were nice and pleasant as usual. Only thing that was of concern was the exposed wire hanging out underneath the drawer. As it was not taped up, my concern is that the exposed wire may be dangerous. Overall, a nice stay.

Check-In was seamless. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Room is very spacious, and location wise it is very convenient to get around to places. Breakfast has a wide spread of selection to choose from. Would recommend and will like to return for a stay again.

Nice hotel to stay in and the amenities are great for a short trip from SG to JB!

Requested for birthday deco and the hotel staff really did put in effort to make it a wonderful stay for us! Besides that, the breakfast buffet was also quite decent with cuisine suitable for the different races. There are also different facilities like swimming pool, gym and even steam room for guest to use! Overall a good stay and will definitely come back to stay next time :)

Quite comfortable and clean hotel, aircon not so cold and bathroom connecting to bedroom using glass instead of wall is a kind of weird. Other than that, everything was great.

前台服務很好，但沒看到有華文服務，早餐豐富可口 ，早餐時間是6點30。第3天趕路回程，早上沒時間吃了，擔心錯過早餐時間，結果還是錯過了。

Service was excellent. Food was great. Staff was friendly. Felt so welcomed, from check-in staff to restaurant staff - my stay was memorable one
