Hotel and room is kind of rundown. There is noise pollution at night as able to hear motorcycles and also fireworks

I always booked here and it never disappoints me. Easy checking in and easy checking out. Food is not bad, its just not much choices but still fine for me. And the lifts are quiet fast which is good if you are rushing. Amenities are basic. All in all good!

The place is run down abit not so clean, but it needs to be cheaper a bit for this location. During night couldnt sleep too many bikers racing too noisy.

Basic hotel for 1-2 nights' stay. It's generally clean but not top notch as we found hair around the bathroom floor after checking in. Breakfast selection is not huge but it works. Didn't use the facilities but did check out the pool and....honestly not sure if anybody would swim in it hahaha.

Comfortable room. Check in process is smooth and fast. Location wise is good. Go where also near.

Recently I've been staying at Amerin hotel. Couples issue to highlight. First issues : I have booked a gold suite which has included a washing machine in the room...the dryer is not working due to some technical issues. I have checked with the reception if I can change the room. But according to the reception, some rooms also foresee the same issues...so it is quite disappointing that the room is meant for gold suite prices. Second issues: Our room did not housekeeping when we were back at 2:20 pm, I don't know what the reason is, even though we put the make up room sign when we leave the room in the morning around 9am.

Pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff at Ground Level were friendly and polite. Room was well equipped with necessities like toothbrush kit, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, water bottles, fridge. The TV also has Youtube/Netflix option. What was also nice is that they have 2 sinks - 1 in the toilet, 1 outside the toilet with a big mirror. It is incredibly convenient as we can prepare our mornings separately. Bedding is clean, towels smells fresh. Around the neighbourhood there is also KFC, Pizzahut, Tasixi Hong Kong Dimsum for breakfast, and nearby Aeon Mall for shopping/supermarket. Photos are some of the amentities within the hotel. Very lively.

Selected a suite room to stay together , but the room is so worn out. The woodern area of the floor is broken, the showerhead pipe is broken, the window also broken(cannot close have to go down and ask for help). And the drain is so choke that if u are bathing the water just wont go down. Never ever recommend this hotel.

Stayed at room 720 platinum suite for a night, impromptu. It is a corner room at far end. AC was weird in the middle of the night, felt super hot even though we set it at 18 deg c and highest fan mode, but became super cold again at sunrise. Room faces the main road so a single loud motorbike passing by is enough to wake me (light sleeper here). Pillows were too high/firm, got a neck sprain next morning. Tv has Netflix. Shower and toilet were decent. Did not use the bathtub. Buffet breakfast at level 13A served well - has all the carbs - rice, noodles, bread, porridge, mee/beehoon soto, cereal. Check in and out was a breeze. Parking is at lower levels, with gantry. Remember to let counter staff set parking ticket to complimentary parking and validate your ticket at level 2 before driving off.

A decent hotel. Serves it's purpose for my family. Tho the hotel could use an upgrade in terms of its outlook and facde (common area carpet, toilet shower glass, etc).. basically a fresh clean modern look will help..

Ok good servis is ok ok must improve near location to city ,can use crab is easy for transport

It is very old and run down hotel, located out of the way from any of the shopping centers. Not idea for a family who is there for staycation or shopping trip. The breakfast is also not appetizing. Per day hotel price is considered expensive.
