Avis : Hotel Granada Johor Bahru

Bed sheets and covers were soooo dirty, see photos. My colleague’s room was same and dirty.  Also, air conditioning did not work, their technician checked and said tell receptionist to change room but when I call them to change my room, but they ignored and I stayed at boiling room. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Excellent service and staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clear and comfortable.

Overall experience was good. Quiet ambience. A very convenient location as we took a direct bus from Boon Lay to Aeon Mall and the hotel was just a 5 mins walk. Besides Aeon Mall, there also various eateries within walking distance. Our family would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Convenient location to Aeon Mall & Green Oasis massage place. Front desk staff responded immediately to get technician in checking hot water for shower. Shower head needs to be changed. Overall a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Granada Hotel Johor. The location is excellent – right in Bukit Indah, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for both leisure and business stays. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities provided.

Good location with Shopping in front of Hotel. Room not very big but clean and convenience. Beside a lot of food. Breakfasts normal no much variations.

The hotel is convenient to a shopping mall. Overall the stay is still acceptable. You pay for what you get.

The room is small and a bit old. Need a renovation. Location is superb just opposite Aeon Mall. Breakfast is good.

We had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away. We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss. The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

It a simple and clean hotel. Stay there for it location nearest to Aeon Mall. Nice simple breakfast. Reception staff is helpful.

Location is good as is near to the shopping mall. U can take bus T33 to reach the hotel.

Hotel was a bit old but well kept. My room was near to a tank so it was noisy. I believe it will be ok if you stay 4th floor and above
