It was our first stay here and it was nice. Its comfortable, clean and value for our money paid. We are also offered free simple breakfast which was nice and definitely we are staying here again for our next trip

Hotel concept look very modern. Located quite near to the city but there is not nearby eatery. Can just order grabfood. Travel via grab too cos its located near the expressway i guess so walking is not advisable

very nice place has a spa right beside it havent try yet didnt have time but next time will definitely try . 10minutes away from checkpoint very near and a quiet place just that the walls are thin , i overheard the person next door conversation when sleeping

Clean hotel, the room is also very clean, there are some restaurants downstairs, very convenient

Last minute booking. Wasn't expecting much but the standards were fine. Location is a bit off, but walkable to Stulang Laut (at least 10 mins). One thing stands out the most was the complimentary hot tea/coffee and snacks available in the lobby 24/7. Room was clean and soundproofed, acceptable.

Check in late and the process was a breeze. Thanks to the staff for expediting our check in. The room was big and my kids was happy with the set up.

Hotel not far from the checkpoint and city square area, but car parking spaces are limited since the hotel changed few car park slots become EV charging stations but no car is using it. After checked in, found that there is no any bath towel or face towel inside the room, and room intercom phone also not in service. I had to go down to lobby and request for bath towel. After 30 minutes they only send in the towel to my room.

good location, very convenient and easy to find. there was a baby cockroach though, but we got the staff to change our room.

Water heater was not hot enough. Other then that nothing to complain. Staff is polite and friendly.

The service is good, but the soundproof is not that good. Cause outside is highway

location is great, everything is good in this hotel. no complaints too except for the wifi, is bad in the room.

staffs are very friendly, hotel provides simple complimentary breakfast and snacks, the room is very spacious and clean. provides free indoor parking too. worth the price, will visit again next time.

New Year's first night of the Dragon year, we have a reunion dinner at this bar style restaurant. Fantastic -chic and nice atmosphere! The receptionist is quite patient and nice, and calls a grab for us, very helpful.
