Aucun contrôle de passe sanitaire. Mauvais accueil téléphonique ou déjà ça annonce la couleur! Vous arrivez vous avez toujours l air de déranger. Les dames ne sont pas sympas du tout. Et en plus je suis une cliente de plusieurs années! On m amène à mon transat au fin fond de la plage entouré par des fosses qui me montent dessus. Non on ne me demande pas si je veux à boire ou se m installer un parasol! Rien! Les clients sont mal élevés à l image de la plage… La plage n était même pas pleine mais les clients ne sont pas considérés. Vous venez avec votre mère âgée. Et on vous colle au milieu de ça! Sans service. La plage publique ça aurait été mieux et gratuit!

Ambiance sympathique vue magnifique Restauration simple et très bonnes et surtout Accueil très sympa et chaleureux, très bons moments À la plage de Garden Beach hôtel un Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de la plage et plus particulièrement à Bastien Toujours très souriant, agréable, accueillant et très très professionnel et à l’écoute de ses clients. Cet accueil donne toujours envie de revenir Et conseiller le garden beach hôtel aux amis Je le recommande vivement

Cet Hotel n'a rien d'un hôtel! le personnel a été mal aimable, les voituriers jouent avec les véhicules dans les parkings au point d'avoir cassé mon embrayage. La chambre était sale. La déco horrible et vieillotte. La direction a pris des engagements de dédommagement qu'elle n'a jamais tenue. Message au CM de ce truc que vous qualifiez d’hôtel, comment pouvez vous continuer à trouver réponse à tout. Je n'y remettrais jamais les pieds et le déconseille très fortement à tous. Est ce que cet hôtel est calamiteux ou est ce un grand complot contre vous? Aussi les dates disponibles sur trip advisor ne sont qu' en 2019 alors inutile de continuer avec votre "notre hôtel était fermé à cette période"!

Magnifique cadre et bungalows typiques et confortables . Très propre et le personnel au petit soin. Environnement idéal paradisiaque ……. Les prix sont plus que correct et nos hôtes sont de bons conseils pour commander un taxi ou une activité . A proximité de bons restaurants locaux et du village de jambiani tout se fait à pied

I was expecting a hotel with luxury standards, acoording to its price. But I found a poor service, with employees with passive attitude, and basic rooms with old furniture and a lot of noise from the outside. Plus I was expecting some beach days, but the beach club of the hotel was only for rent, even for the hotel guest, and it was impossible to relax there with all the children shouting and running around you. The possitive part was the location.

Let me start with the fantastic part. The restaurant on the beach. Didier our server was brilliant on both occasions, steering us to some great choices with humour and grace. The salmon millefeuille pictured below? Oh. My. God. My daughter had the sea bass with fennel and garlic sauce, equally tremendous, there aren’t enough superlatives to list the delicate flavours. A perfect light lunch. The hotel not so much. In common with other contributors I’ve been coming here for years, from 2000 in fact when it was a Le Meridien. The beach staff are very friendly and polite, but the service is glacially slow As others have said, the reception staff are cool, and not in a good way. The aircon in the room was barely cold despite my asking reception to fix. I’ll always come again because this place has irreplaceable memories for me, but I hope management listen to the comments on here.......and retain Didier as he is a gem

Was going to stay in similar place in Antibes, that then was sold out. So happy to move along the coast to Juan-les-Pins, choosing this hotel. We liked the location being on the beach. Most reviews looked good, so booked a Deluxe room with sea view. Got a little concerned in the run up to our departure, that some newer reviews were not so positive. The cost of our stay was a bit more than paid in other areas of the French Riviera, so really wanted to get value for money. Anyway, on arrival it was fine. Our room was nice. All clean and tidy, even if some decor and style a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were varied and plentiful. And the terrace area with sea view to eat the breakfast was nice. The only disappointing thing was the beach area. We felt the cost of sunbeds etc was excessive, and as guests we should have had a discount, and not paid the same as non residents. The building does need updating / refurb. So if done I would return here.

Allettati dalla comodità dell' ubicazione e dalle foto ci siamo recati per 4 notti in questo hotel a ferragosto. La struttura è vecchiotta e bisognosa di pulizie specie vetri e parti comuni non all'altezza di quasi 250 euro a notte. Esiste il frigobar colmo di bibite a prezzi esorbitanti ,la zona libera di cortesia si riduce allo spazio di uno yogurt . Noi siamo stati sfortunati ed avevamo la finestra occupata da una colonna esterna e con pochissima luce neppure vagamente corrispondente alle foto . In bagno macchie indelebili sul pavimento e tavoletta del wc scheggiata in profondità in più punti. Spiaggia piccolissima e ombrelloni stipati.. si è pure presentata una marea sporca probabilmente data dalla rottura di una tubatura in mare .. direi che 30 euro per la spiaggia quel giorno non avrebbero dovuto conteggiarli e si sono pure sbagliati addebitandoceli doppi. Lasciate perdere questo posto

Appena tornata da 6 giorni all’insegna del relax . Hotel molto bello e comodo . In centro . Bella la spiaggia ma nn compresa e costosa ma ben tenuta e sempre ordinata .Mare pulito e caldo . La nostra camera al 4 piano con terrazzo sul mare molto bella e pulita . Ci siamo anche visti benissimo i fuochi d’artificio fatti sul mare. Unico neo la moquette. Chiara e con macchie gialle - sembrava vernice . Altro piccolo inconveniente. La camera alle 14 ancora nn era stata fatta . Abbiamo messo cartello “ non disturbare “ e dalla reception alle 14.30 ci hanno telefonato che in corridoio c’era la cameriera che stava aspetto per rifare la camera!! Questo nn va bene. Il personale gentilissimo
