Good value, close to the station. Fast and convenient service. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Paid parking wasn't available, but there were others nearby. Water and coffee were available at reception. The room wasn't very spacious. The only drawback was the noise from the rooms, hallways, and the avenue.

Highly recommend staying here. Great services and location.

Nice hotel, and environment is okay. Try to increase the check out time from 10am to at least 12pm.

The place was descent and the food was great. Overall it’s a great excellent place to stay for the right amount.

I have stayed with this chain in the past, so I knew what to expect. The location is a little inconvenient if you're taking the train. You have to cross the pedestrian bridge to get to the most stuff like the 7/11. My stay was relatively pleasant until my room was cleaned. I was given a duvet that had a strong smell. I went to the desk to tell them and they just started to laugh.They were laughing at the translation. I was not amused. I did get my duvet changed, but the unprofessionalism by the front desk was a bit shocking since that has never happened to me with this hotel chain.The staff was young, so I gave them a pass. I will say kudos to the lovely ladies in the kitchen. They created the most delicious breakfasts every morning.

地點方便，門真市站門口過對面馬路大約5分鐘就能到達，距離LaLaport 只需要6-8分鐘步行時間, 門真市站外亦有很多居酒屋可以選擇，早上亦有免費早餐（基本麵包，五目飯，乳酪，咖啡亦有提供）

バスタオルに髪の毛が付いていたので、ちょっと残念でしたが、それ以外は綺麗に整頓されていて心地よく過ごせました。受付の方も笑顔が素敵で、気持ちよく対応していただけました。朝食も色々種類があって、無料でとてもお得でした。 廊下の明かりが明る過ぎるのと、壁が薄いので、隣の音がうるさく感じるかもしれません。今回はそこまできになりませんでした。

Mọi thứ khá ổn, cơ sở vật chất còn mới và hiện đại. Nếu mức giá rẻ hơn chút nữa có lẽ sẽ hợp lý hơn

梅田駅周辺のホテルがかなり高くなっていたので大体40分程の距離にある此方を選びました。駅からも近く朝食も十分な用意があったので満足しました。

駅から近い便利な立地で、朝食付きなのが嬉しい。伊丹空港までのアクセスも良いので、また使いたい。

雖然遺漏了耳機在房間，但到附近出差的話是很方便的選擇，旁邊不遠就是電車站和超市，有好吃的拉麪館。下次來門真肯定還選擇這間酒店😄

깔끔하고 직원분들도 친절하고 좋았어요ㅎ 조식도 나오고 짐 보관도 되고, 건너편에 편의점도 있어서 편했습니다. 출장으로 왔는데 괜찮았어요.

付近のコインパーキングの場所がわからずフロントで尋ねましたが、とても親切な対応でした。 チェックインは機械で行いましたが、親切にそばで見守ってくださり声かけてくれたりしました。 ビジネスホテルだけど、リゾートホテルのような対応、とても明るくて優しくて親切に感じました。 他の東横インに泊まることもありますが、朝食も工夫されていて満足感が高かったです。 ぜひまた機会をみつけてこちらに宿泊したいと思いました。 気になる点としては、お風呂の排水が悪いところ。ホコリや赤カビが目立っていたのが少し残念でした。
