第一：酒店的位置很好，門口一條街都是吃的，距離刑家鍋貼很近，去萬歲山，清明上河園開車也就不到20分鐘，交通非常方便；
第二：酒店是去年才開業的，各種設施都很新，大堂很大，老錢風的設計風格，健身房，洗衣房都有，去玩個兩三天的，洗衣服不用發愁了；
第三：不得不説酒店的服務，是真的好，前台小姐姐都很熱情，也很貼心，送了我們清明上河園的捲軸，還有手繪的地圖，前台小哥哥還給我們把行李送到了電梯口，客房大姐還給我們送了小零食，孩子可喜歡了；
第四：酒店房間很大很乾凈，尤其是吹風機很好用，風力很大，帶着孩子去的，還貼心的準備了小童的牙刷牙具，親子帶娃首選；

地圖上看離清明上河園近就定了。但是感覺位置並不好，不如住東側，去其他景點或者夜市也近。這邊上買東西不方便，
早餐很一般都是涼的，豆漿像水，很難喝。勉強吃了一個雞蛋和兩口水果。
打車這邊也比較堵車。
好在地下有停車長，房間也夠大，暖和。就是非常幹很難受，可能因為訂的無窗的不通風，臉都過敏了。
房間和餐廳的衞生很不怎麼樣，是不是員工放假了 人手不夠、總是看到沒穿工服的人像是老闆家裡人在店裡晃悠，希望提升。

這個是續訂的評價，因為是續訂，所以評價跟昨天21號評價一樣的！
柒柒酒店，第一個值得讚的是前台客服，非常專業，客氣。為顧客考慮問題。第二個是停車方便，而且免費！環境處在繁華地段，隔壁就是宋園灌湯小籠包（題外話，晚上買了一份湯包是再加熱的，但是店老闆告訴是現包現蒸）。酒店離景區都很近，出行方便。很少碰到開封這邊的交警違停貼條，比較人性化！衞生方面也可以，中規中矩的！

Le meilleur hôtel que j'ai jamais séjourné à! Location est grande, transport public juste devant l'hôtel, beaucoup de boutiques et restaurants près. Tous les personnels (reception, nettoyeurs, gardiens de maison, etc) étaient très aimables et merveilleux. Ils vous ont accueilli chaque fois qu'ils vous voient.
Je choisirai certainement de rester à cet hôtel une fois de plus si je visite Kaifeng.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

IInvitéI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection.
However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost.
Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

Distance de marche à Wan Sui Shan. Il y a une machine de laver les vêtements. Le chef du couple est si ami et si pensé. Le chef de la dame s'est réveillé le matin même pour me accompagner pour prendre un taxi le jour de mon voyage. Elle a également cuisine pour moi le petit déjeuner, des légumes organiques de son propre jardin. Amusez-vous avec elle, partagez l'expérience comme un ami.

IInvitéL'hôtel est temporaire, très surpris, est beaucoup mieux que Nad qui avait été scellé avant. Le personnel de réception est gentil et poli, il a une question à répondre, il a apporté un enfant de plus de dix ans, il m'a également mis à jour la porte. Le prix de l'hôtel est également plus réel, le stationnement est également plus pratique, Il faut également mettre l'accent sur une grande appréciation à la sécurité. Le temps est froid quand je suis venu, et l'organisation de la place sous-terraine est douée pour dire comment aller. En raison de l'expérience inexistante de l'autre hôtel prévue le jour suivant, j'ai voulu quitter le coffre pour aller ailleurs, Mais l'hôtel nous fait ressentir le chaleur et la gentillesse de la ville touristique! Il a également envoyé un cadeau de départ, et c'est un patrimoine local.

IInvitéGreat hostel that provided a great base to explore Kaifeng. It’s nice and central to the Drum Tower market. There are nice public spaces. The dorm bed was very wide and very comfortable. The staff in particular were super. They were friendly and so helpful. They even allowed me to check in much earlier than I was meant to according to their rules - how kind of them. When I left one of them gave me a souvenir of some Kaifeng chrysanthemum tea to take with me. What lovely staff!

Rooms are surprise-less Ibis Styles and do the job well. Patient and helpful staff, including calling a didi (hail riding in China) to go to the North railway station (quite out of town). IInvité出門就是山陝甘會館，距離鼓樓和書店街夜市只有200米左右，環境大家看圖片，乾淨衞生，中央空調，老闆服務周到！房間是磚混結構隔音功能不錯，比前一天定的隔間棒多了！外出遊玩的小夥伴一定要注意房間結構，不要像我一樣踩坑，玩了一天，被吵得凌晨三點才睡！隱市民宿下次去開封一定是我的首選！

Appreciated one of the staff members helping me get a taxi to KW train station, which was a real ordeal considering the traffic jam we had to deal with.

It's location is in town area, making it easy to catch a taxi to everywhere. Breakfast was good but seats were not enough when convention participants came at the same time.

SShue YingGood place for international guests! Aunty that runs the place is really nice and responsive. The stay was pleasant, the place is old but functioning and reasonably clean for a homestay. Aunty's children speak English and she'll ask them to help, so don't need to be afraid to ask questions. The location is amazing, with an electric ”hello bike (Alipay)” parking spot just on the main road, then everything is easily accessible. Aunty kindly offered to drive me the short distance to the main road to take bus 38 to the north train station as she felt my bag too heavy. Simple fuss free place, would recommend for budget travellers looking for convenience over amenities.
