This hotel was opened December 2023. So it is relatively new. The services were good, the room was nice and big with a few new technologies such as powered drapes, electric toilers. Robot for water/shaver delivery (cute).
It is located near the biggest mall 東匯城 (1.2km) in Kaiping. Lots of restaurants there.
I would stay there again if I ever go to 開平 again.

IInvitéTout d'abord, la conception et l'assainissement du B&B sont très bons, et la rénovation de l'école Diaolou est également très distinctive. Cependant, en tant que B&B avec un prix de plus de 600 yuans, je pense que le service doit être amélioré : 1. J'ai réservé deux chambres et je suis arrivé vers 11 heures du matin, et ils ont dit que tout allait bien. On m'a donné une chambre avant la fin du ménage, j'ai dit que nous pourrions y rester après être sortis pour le déjeuner et je suis revenu. oui. Cependant, j'ai demandé à 13h30 que le ménage n'était pas terminé. Si je suis arrivé à 14 heures, on m'a répondu que c'était parce que les employés devaient manger (bien sûr). Il est compréhensible que nous ayons accepté. enregistrement à 14 heures); 2. Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait un gros chien appartenant à un client dans le magasin la nuit, se promenant dans l'espace public, mais il ne pouvait pas. tenez-le et c'était très dangereux de se faire conduire. (les B&B devraient être obligés d'assurer la sécurité des espaces publics) ; 3. C'est très agréable d'avoir une table sur la pelouse pour manger, mais si on ne la nettoie pas ; après l'avoir terminé, il vous sera demandé de payer 100 yuans pour demander à la tante de le nettoyer. Je pense que c'est incompatible avec le positionnement d'un B&B à ce prix (on peut dire que les invités nettoient eux-mêmes, mais on ne peut pas dire que la tante doit payer 100 yuans pour nettoyer.); 4. C'est assez sans voix de continuer à courir après les bonnes critiques à mon retour, et je ne connais même pas le sexe de l'invité.
Bref, l'environnement B&B est très bon, mais j'espère que le service pourra être amélioré (j'ai réservé celui-ci après avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel de Zhuhai auparavant et je l'ai trouvé bien).

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.
3. Rooms
Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

IInvité第二次入住了，每次回家鄉祭祖，都必定選擇這民宿。去年至今年，一年多了，來到民宿依然很新和乾淨，設施也更完善。民宿佈置很温馨很有氛圍感，推薦！店裡服務員也很友好，還免費給我們從無窗的房間升級到有窗户的房間。
個人小建議:沒有窗户的房間很大很新，也很乾凈。衹是因為沒有穿不通風而已，所以建議日常無人居住是要打開門做好通氣處理，也在房間配備凈化器，這樣選擇無窗的用户也會更樂意居住，不影響住宿感受哦。

AAT性價比高，大致上是乾淨的但也有灰塵。廁所漏水發出異味，廚房水龍頭鬆了每次開水頭就掉落。廁所地上沒地毯不方便，浴巾是一次性的，拖鞋反而不是，感覺不衞生。地點是方便的，安靜，床很舒服。這價格是還可以的，但真的還有很多進步空間。
Good value for money however our toilet is leaking and smell of sewage water. The tap in the kitchen is loose, falls out every time when turning on the tap. No floor mat in the bathroom, towel is disposable, room slippers are not, feels unhygienic that way. Location is convenient and quiet, the bed is very comfortable.

Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement simple et comprend du porridge simple, des nouilles, du riz, des boissons et du café. Mais il y avait trop de monde et il n'y avait pas de place. J'ai demandé au serveur de m'apporter une boîte et d'en emporter pour que je puisse manger dans ma chambre, mais il a dit non. Comme je ne trouvais pas de place, j'ai pris une place en toute hâte. bol, but deux bouchées de porridge et partit. De plus, s'il y a un problème de stationnement, la route devant l'entrée du site pittoresque a été bloquée sur plusieurs centaines de mètres. J'ai finalement franchi la porte. Cela s'est avéré être dû au chaos du stationnement dans le site pittoresque. Comme nous étions à l'intérieur, nous avons continué à entrer et ne nous sommes pas garés sur le parking du site pittoresque, mais il était toujours très encombré et le personnel nous a bloqués après communication. En fait, il y en avait beaucoup. places de parking dans l'hôtel, je n'ai pas compris pourquoi nous devions nous garer sur le parking à ce moment-là. Nous nous sommes garés sur le parking panoramique et avons attendu que la navette nous emmène. Ensuite, le plus bizarre, c'est que nous sommes partis dîner, et lorsque nous avons passé la porte du site pittoresque, 10 yuans ont été glissés sur notre carte ETC, cela ne devrait-il pas être gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel ? À mon retour, j'ai communiqué avec l'hôtel et je leur ai dit que ce n'était gratuit qu'une seule fois et qu'il fallait le signaler à la réception à l'avance. Sans voix!
Bien que le paysage intérieur soit unique, tout le monde dit qu’une seule visite suffit.

IInvitéJ'ai réservé la chambre un demi-mois à l'avance. La ville de Tangkou est vraiment animée et l'emplacement est plus pratique. C'est à seulement dix minutes à pied du village de Zili. C'est très pratique d'aller à la librairie Tianxia Granary. La porte est très fréquentée. La chambre B&B Service spacieux, bien équipé et sympathique. Le seul problème pendant la Fête du Printemps est qu'il y a beaucoup de monde et de voitures, et il y a de nombreux endroits à proximité que je n'ai pas visités. B&B est assez bon. Allez à nouveau faire du shopping si vous en avez l'occasion.

IInvitéThis hotel has beds that are too hard. I am almost 80 years old, and I had to sleep on the blanket because the bed is too hard. Even then I could not sleep at night. My whole body ached. Apart from the beds the hotel is ok. I recommend that the hotel update all their beds up to a comfortable standard.

NNatalia007hôtel à Kaiping, très proche de la gare Kaiping South, chambre propre, lit confortable, personnel très agréable, près de l'hôtel il ya un spa de massage à pied. Je n'ai pas vu près de l'hôtel aucun café ou restaurant parce que ma visite était destinée à aller à Zili et Chikan pour marcher, mais assurez-vous que je peux être sûr que c'est un hôtel très bon pour rester si vous aimez les ressources de voyage sécurisées dépenser l'équilibre et rester confortable. 🎉
