對服務評價低，主要是早餐問題。訂房時顯示早餐三份（固定套餐），入住時給早餐券三份（面額顯示10元一張，説明是憑此券可享用中西式早餐一份，到旁邊二樓綠卡餐廳用餐）。以上這些都沒有什麼問題。我們想10元早餐一份，估計是煮一碗蛋湯麪或者一碗雲吞、水餃之類的，應該也可以吧。因為，第二天早上我們趕時間，這類比較快的早餐，10多分鐘吃好了就走剛好。第二天早上，我們拿着早餐券到旁邊二樓綠卡餐廳用餐才知道，餐廳是廣式茶樓，向服務員出示早餐券，服務員叫我們點餐才知道，不是早餐券上面説明的中西式早餐一份，而是喝廣式早茶，消費多少，然後結賬時減免早餐券的面額。我們問服務員上早餐時間快嗎？服務員説快。然後我們就點了一份炒粉31元，一份餃子14元，一份叉燒包14元，還含3人茶位費共9元。合計68元。結賬算時減免三張10元早餐券，實際付款38元。但是，上餐的速度並沒有説的快，大概是用了約40分鐘。明顯影響了我們出行的時間。本來不想評差評的，一、訂房時説早餐是中西式固定套餐，與實際不相符。二、在酒店前台辦理入住時，給早餐券時也沒有説清楚。三、可以理解為酒店沒有開設餐廳，是和旁邊茶樓合作，送早餐券是一種營銷策略，相當於購物券一樣，這也沒有告知客人。四、早餐券説明是綠卡餐廳，店門面也是綠卡，但是點餐小票卻顯示是美宛酒家？？？
總體酒店的衞生、房間舒適度、還有前台小姐姐服務態度還是不錯的。唯一感到不舒服的是早餐問題，早知道我們就不訂含早餐的房間，早上隨便吃碗雲吞、餃子之類的就起行更好。

KKatarzynaExceptional place and staff. The room was exceptionally cosy, and the bed was literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast and restaurant's dishes were delicious, often serving veggies from their own garden. Staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide every kind of tourist information. The surrounding is beautiful and calm. In one word: absolutely best place to relax!

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.
2. Restaurant
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.
3. Rooms
Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

It’s conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk from a small mall that features a large grocery store, arcade, and various other shops. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or snack. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-situated hotel that’s perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommend!

HHuiExceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

Vous pouvez entrer dans le parc en glissant votre visage, c'est donc très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement simple et comprend du porridge simple, des nouilles, du riz, des boissons et du café. Mais il y avait trop de monde et il n'y avait pas de place. J'ai demandé au serveur de m'apporter une boîte et d'en emporter pour que je puisse manger dans ma chambre, mais il a dit non. Comme je ne trouvais pas de place, j'ai pris une place en toute hâte. bol, but deux bouchées de porridge et partit. De plus, s'il y a un problème de stationnement, la route devant l'entrée du site pittoresque a été bloquée sur plusieurs centaines de mètres. J'ai finalement franchi la porte. Cela s'est avéré être dû au chaos du stationnement dans le site pittoresque. Comme nous étions à l'intérieur, nous avons continué à entrer et ne nous sommes pas garés sur le parking du site pittoresque, mais il était toujours très encombré et le personnel nous a bloqués après communication. En fait, il y en avait beaucoup. places de parking dans l'hôtel, je n'ai pas compris pourquoi nous devions nous garer sur le parking à ce moment-là. Nous nous sommes garés sur le parking panoramique et avons attendu que la navette nous emmène. Ensuite, le plus bizarre, c'est que nous sommes partis dîner, et lorsque nous avons passé la porte du site pittoresque, 10 yuans ont été glissés sur notre carte ETC, cela ne devrait-il pas être gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel ? À mon retour, j'ai communiqué avec l'hôtel et je leur ai dit que ce n'était gratuit qu'une seule fois et qu'il fallait le signaler à la réception à l'avance. Sans voix!
Bien que le paysage intérieur soit unique, tout le monde dit qu’une seule visite suffit.

IInvité很好的一次住宿體驗。前台訓練不錯，就是很貼心的感覺。房間乾淨，設施齊全，屬於超預期的體驗。酒店在景區內，不算偏，也不吵，出行很方便，房間的陽台很有特色。景區不大，特色項目不少，如果都遊玩一天肯定不夠，住一晚休息一下特別好。小朋友的遊樂場很不錯，放電的好場所。這個景區有十幾個不同的酒店，可以慢慢選。

IInvitéJ'ai réservé la chambre un demi-mois à l'avance. La ville de Tangkou est vraiment animée et l'emplacement est plus pratique. C'est à seulement dix minutes à pied du village de Zili. C'est très pratique d'aller à la librairie Tianxia Granary. La porte est très fréquentée. La chambre B&B Service spacieux, bien équipé et sympathique. Le seul problème pendant la Fête du Printemps est qu'il y a beaucoup de monde et de voitures, et il y a de nombreux endroits à proximité que je n'ai pas visités. B&B est assez bon. Allez à nouveau faire du shopping si vous en avez l'occasion.

IInvitéWe were very excited at the thought of visiting the diaolous but the only bus from Shunde to Kaiping departed at almost 14:00!! By the time we arrived it was already too late to venture out to the diaolous. The guy at the reception felt our pain and gave us helpful suggestions on what to do while we were there.
The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the bus station, the riverside and the street lined with gold(shops) on both sides of the divide.
However the hotel itself had definitely seen better days.
But it was clean, the basic amenities were provided and we had a good night’s sleep. Overall the service was excellent. And the price commensurates with what were offered.
