Feel right at home with these provided amenities: **Self check in with keypad entry** **Coffee/tea, creamer, sugar** **Fully equipped kitchen** **High Speed Wi-Fi** **Spacious deck/backyard space with outdoor furniture, games like corn hole** **BBQ charcoal grill and fire pit** **Shampoo/conditioner/body wash** **Central A/C and heating** **Washer/Dryer** **Smart TVs with streaming capabilities** Layout of the home: Main floor-- Living room, dining room, kitchen, workspace in kitchen, half bathroom, indoor pool with bathroom/shower in pool area Right outside the kitchen area down about 4 or 5 steps is the converted garage space which has our indoor golf simulator and poker table Upstairs-- King bedroom Queen bedroom Full over full bunk bed room Full bathroom King primary suite with full bathroom Laundry room with washer/dryer Basement-- Game room space and movie theatre Bedroom with 2 queen beds Outdoor space-- Spacious deck with seating Hot tub Sectional couch seating area Sauna $75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation) All pets must be kenneled and house trained All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets Hot tub and pool are chemically treated once a week and hot tub water is changed out once a month. ALL GUESTS are to exercise caution when using all amenities. Owner/property manager/associated staff will not be held liable for any injuries/damages when using amenities. All children are to be supervised at all times in pool room and in hot tub. No food/drink/glass in pool, hot tub, sauna. Any individuals who are pregnant or have pre-existing health conditions are recommended to use amenities at own risk and with caution. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions.
